Its my first time to go to banff using Flix and I must say it is actually pretty clean, and decent! Its cheap and our drivers from to and back to Banff is nice. If you are looking to where the bus picks up in Downtown its basically the parking lot across Sunterra Keynote! I believe if people are having a hard time locating this, they didnt look the address nor familiar to downtown. I would suggest to download the app as the address states there so when you google maps that its very easy to find. I also suggest to be early to ensure you wont miss the bus. Overall experience is great!

Great service, comfortable and all of those things, but signage and bus stop directions are absolutely ridiculous. Wandering around a parking lot behind an abandoned building in a sketchy area of town looking for the sign that is the size of a letter paper...do better!!!

We came to Calgary headed to Banff and opted not to rent a car. Read the reviews about several options and decided to go with this. Price was very good and service appeared to be fine.

Our experience was better than expected. Very clean bus, on time, the driver (Rose) was good, courteous, just plain nice. Seats were comfortable. Other riders were like us - on vacation and looking for reasonable transportation.

Plenty of storage. Good views. Washroom as it’s called here was not fancy but got it done (it was clean). Would definitely ride again. Wish they had a route from Banff to Calgary airport. (Yes you meet in a parking lot. It’s fine. Safe.)

This is a review for the Flixbus bus stop, not the service itself. This is in a parking lot adjacent to an abandoned building. There’s nowhere to sit, it’s quite dirty, and there’s empty bottles and garbage etc.

The nice thing about this location is that it’s right across the street from Sunterra Market so if you need to grab a bite to eat, it’s a quick stop.

The bus was on time, about 15 minutes before scheduled departure, and the interior of the bus was clean and felt pretty new. The interior glass was kind of gross and needed a good wipe down though.

There are two usb-a ports and, more importantly, two full sized plugs with grounds. No arm rests. Decent leg room. And they have seatbelts.

This is a review of the Flixbus bus stop downtown.

There is only one word to describe this bus stop. « Decrepit »

The bus stop is located behind an abandoned building in a parking lot with 0 protection from the elements or anywhere to sit. There is garbage strewn about and the Flixbus sign is this tiny 12” green sign stuck to the side of the building.

Im assuming that most of the reviewers used the bus in the summer when the temperature is nice, however if you are using this bus in the winter dress warmly as there is 0 protection from the elements.

While I appreciate the downtown location, Flixbus could hardly choose a worse location if they tried.

I travelled aboard Flixbus earlier today from Calgary to Banff for a week long vacation there in the town along with Canmore later on as well, and all I have to say is, my ride there was certainly the most pleasant bus ride I’ve ever been on in my life so it’s safe to say I will definitely be using Flixbus more often for whenever I travel to and from Calgary, Canmore, Banff, and Edmonton!
