bus 43 going to chinook
we are waiting at rundle station and we have a heavy things that we carried and we are very upset coz the bus driver never stop. me and my wife was very very upset and also the other people who wait for the bus.
next time please kindly stop coz how if people
got wait for a longer time.
this driver is no effort and he emmdiately go drive without stop in the proper area.😕

Absolute worse transit system in Canada homeless people are allowed on all the buses to sleep on without showing any type of bus pass while everyone else has to pay for one and people are allowed to talk on speaker phone but if my headphones are a little loud then the bus driver gets upset and asks you to turn it down when people are on speaker phone . Why don’t you have security or peace officers on trains or buses especially downtown it’s too dangerous for anyone to be alone downtown especially at night come on transit fix the problems !! Take the money out of the environment fund and fix transit now ! This has been going on for years put security and cops on your trains so people feel safe especially at night downtown and at Marlborough

Просто ламається під час руху і все затримки і разом із тим запізнення на роботу
Перевіряйте їх перед тим як випускати в рух а не в русі
Ще раз напишу це просто нестерпно як так мож мене просто не всі розуміють що я так запізнююс

Bus drivers are terrific 5/5. People selling bus passes 5/5
To report passenger injury from faulty back door.1/5 To get a helpful response from Calgary Transit 0/5.they don't return calls for injury reports... I called many times in past months about injury/accident on bus but NOBODY returns my calls. Drivers are good though... Thanks Drivers.

I was at bus stop auburn bay. I was standing at the stop pulling up my buss pass. The bus just passed by and stop further and when i got on the bus, the bus operator told me that i have to make a movement or he will not know if i want to get on the bus. According to the rules, if the passenger is standing you have to stop no matter if they want to get on or no. Further more, a person was standing and the bus operator was talking constantly. Is it safe for him to talk while driving. Later, when i called the calgary transit to complaint, the bus operator was showing me attitude.
Is this a right way to deal with a passenger.
Other bus operators always stop no matter what.
He was looking at the phone of the person who was standing next to him. I mean seriously
He really needs to change his attitude or just quit the job.

Today, while getting on transit no. 6061 early morning bus that comes at 6:14 the driver told me to go all the way back to sit if I want to talk over the phone, I usually talk to my mom while on the way to work, currently my car is in service so I need to take public transit for few week. And of course no one talks loud in public, I don’t talk loud in my own house. To my surprise I saw that the bus was entire empty and there were very much less passengers. Why the bus driver discriminate public on the public transit? Public transit there are public who keeps chatting, there are small kids, etc and you cannot ask them not to talk!!!

Bit embarrassing to any visitors to our city.

Train stops & station for a while then power goes out for a while. Does this occur in other major cities like NYC or TO?

Srsly i wish i could it 0 star. The bus driver not on time. I got late for work number of times. The bus status shows departed even there is no bus at all. It happen alot with 58 number bus to erin woods. Like if i have to pay for uber to get to the work then why you are even giving bus services just pay for the uber for public its better. I am seriously very very disappointed even if i leave early from home.
