This is not a review for this place but for a specific bus and a bus driver. Can’t fill
up the complaint form on the website.
Bus number 90, Bridgeland, weekdays morning. It’s supposed to be at the 19 St SW/11 Ave SW at 6:51 am, but it’s ALWAYS 5-10 minutes earlier and bus drivers driving so fast you know why? Because at 1 St SW/8 Ave SW beside Goodlife fitness, where he’s supposed to arrive at 7:08, he arrives at 6:58-7:00 just to go get the coffee at Tim Hortons. I’ll add photos with screenshots so you see the time. So he literally thinks that it’s normal, that people need to reach to the bus 5-10 minutes earlier, not having their coffee, for him to take his time in downtown in the middle of his shift to just chill. Few days ago in -10 degrees outside he made people at the next bus stop wait because again he went to get his coffee.

Photos and video just for two days, but it happens every day

Meh. Why do such places have so many cash registers if they never use tham all. Perhaps if they installed less they would be able to charge me a little bit less.

It's been almost a year since I reported injury from faulty back door closing on me and knocking me down. I filled report on line. I called a dozen times since last July. To one has had the courtesy to call me back. I guess they only respond if you get a lawyer. Poor public service re accidents. Bus Drivers on the other hand are very nice.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Time to time I am using Calgary Transit for almost a year. The worst public transport I have ever used. The timetables are inaccurate, the stops are not working, you just have to stand and wait for the bus like some kind of miracle, because it is not clear if there will be one at all.

One of the busiest bus fast moving customer service centre of Calgary.
Have there for buying bus passes, as well as for lost and found département issues too. Always dealt with with any query politely and professionally.

Decent but often late. It's amazing how the drivers will get off to go to Tim's for coffee while everyone waits on the bus. I once seen a driver get off and buy a shawarma!

The customer service itself and this specific location are decent, hence the 3 stars (as the missing 2 stars are less location related and more the service). That being said, the article "Hurry Up And Wait: The Absurd Realities Of Captive Calgary Transit Riders" on the sprawlcalgary website accurately summarizes the unreliability of Calgary transit and how riders with no other choice for transportation are essentially held captive to a poorly planned system designed around riders with a choice or alternate means of transport significantly more than those without, leaving many having to deal with a flawed service that advertises itself as a trusted, safe and reliable service.

Watching someone die to a c-train, having bus drivers get into heated verbal arguments with eachother and having busses be 30+ mins late or skipping stops all together is not trustworthy, safe or reliable. False advertising dead and simple. Yet the fare goes up every single year, as if we're supposed to believe the service is improving this time (when it never does).
