Had my truck in December to fix a 1”x1.5” rust spot over wheel well in December. A week later it bubbled and then paint sprayed off under low pressure at car wash. Took it back around last week of January to have it redone. I was told it’s because it’s rusting through from the back. They brought out a few pieces to show me they cut out metal, saying they welded in this time. First inspection after leaving I see it was the lip underneath they welded in, as they never put the screws back in around wheel well the first time. They forgot to put them back in and the holes that were once there for screws were gone because of new chunks welded in. The wheel well was not even perfectly round and you could see a squared off piece around too off wheel well. A week after second repair it bubbles again and now rusting worse then before I took it in the first time. Instead of clear costing to the top of box they masked off which also looks bad. So disappointed they ruined my truck. I went to this place because I had been told they did awesome work. The price was right but I would’ve been better off paying more having it done properly at another shop. I hate giving a review like this but this is honest and I would hate to see someone else have their expensive vehicle ruined.

My dad took his truck here for some work last year and was super happy with the results so I brought my Trailblazer to Gary for some front bumper work after I had accidentally got it hooked on a parking curb and popped the bumper off. Every other shop I went to tried to get me to completely replace the bumper and the lowest price I got was north of $1600, despite the fact that it didn't even need new paint to begin with. I took it to Gary to have a look and he said he would try to repair the original bumper for a significantly lower price before trying to push a complete bumper replacement on me.

Gary kept the truck over the weekend and did a fantastic job of fixing the bumper. On top of that he generously threw me the keys and asked for nothing in return when I picked it up. It's definitely worth the drive out to Calmar to get work done out here and I will no doubt be returning the next time I need body work on any of our vehicles. Gary is a class act and you won't be disappointed.
