Highly recommended! My mom and I had excellent time in the campsite! The camp is maintained in a very tidy and organized manner; each campsite is equipped with BBQ grill and washroom; also having enough space to enjoy the nature. The directional and clear road and signs are showing owner’s incredible effort. The staff are also very friendly, we are invited to their lunch and dinner! There is thick forest, refreshing trails, lovely boats, beautiful sunrise and sunset. Overall it is definitely a refreshing place after daily work.

We came here on the weekday, a night with no other guest in the camp. It was very quiet. The camp sites was closer to each other than I expected but since was empty we couldn’t feel crowded.

Main showers and toilet was very warm with heater, clean and bright. The little one was decent.

Host accommodate well with our request to refill hand soap and water kettle.

It has public area of eating and kitchen for cooking but we didn’t use.

There are trails but maple 🍁 fall leaves and lots of annual flowers to marvel at. Owner is a flower lover she clearly spends much time, she is very generous and gave me a plant in a pot!

Lake view was atonishing and morning sun rise was very clam too!

Definately recommended and will return!

The backwoods geodesic dome offers an unparalleled camping experience, providing a breathtaking view of the night sky. Lying under the stars is truly mesmerizing. The dome itself, while boasting a decent interior, remained quite hot, but there was still plenty to keep you entertained. The natural surroundings, which include a pretty big picturesque lake, are also fantastic. The cost is quite reasonable considering the amenities provided, such as a fully functional kitchen, air conditioning, an electric heater, and an outdoor covered dining area with plenty of tables.|However, there were some aspects of the stay that I didn’t enjoy. The sheets were rough and uncomfortable, despite the warm blankets. Additionally, the abundance of mosquitoes at night was quite bothersome. If you tend to attract mosquitoes, it’s recommended to stay in your tent or the outdoor dining area to avoid them.|The room came with a large portable box fan, which was a significant plus. Even on the lowest setting, it kept us cool by circulating air from the air conditioner quietly. The dome also featured a reasonably sized exhaust fan in the ceiling, which effectively kept out smoke, mosquitoes, and unpleasant odors. Additionally, there was a moderately sized AC heater inside, with temperature controls conveniently located next to the beds.|Overall, despite a few drawbacks, the experience was highly enjoyable. I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 if possible.

An exceptional campsite!
The rooms were clean and cozy, and the service was top-notch—staff were incredibly attentive, making sure every guest felt safe and cared for. The location is ideal, surrounded by a rich variety of nature—lush forests, serene lakes, and abundant wildlife. It’s clear that the staff put a lot of effort into preserving this beautiful environment while ensuring guests can enjoy it safely.
The amazing experience reminds my the book ‘Walden’, as Thoreau wrote: "I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life" This campsite perfectly captures that philosophy, offering a tranquil retreat where you can reconnect with nature. Truly the best campsite I’ve ever visited! Highly recommend.

Our family had a great time at Camp Adelaide! We stayed for 3 nights 4 days. The place was kept up. Outside had a whole field for my dog and kids to run around safely. They provided pots plates and BBQ as well. By the beach there was structures kids can climb, also got paddle boats and canoes ( life jacket provided).
Location was easy to find and many stores nearby.
It’s a nice relaxing place for families to spend time, we loved it.

Had an amazing time with my family and friends at camp Adelaide!! The cottage we stayed at was beautiful and clean, with a great dock where we kayaked and paddle boated. There was also a float park where we climbed the obstacle course and spent a nice sunny day out with love ones. Will definitely come back to visit again. 🥳

第一次glamping就意义非凡，与老公周末来这里度假，住了两晚，选择了一晚Bubble dome和一晚forest starry，环境非常整洁，卫生间也比想象中的干净（卫生间是由汗蒸房木头🪵搭制，味道非常好闻！）服务非常到位，星空屋晚上有些凉，我比较怕冷，主人还给准备了电热毯。中午主人做的大锅饭是柴火烧制，特别香，在加拿大吃到这一口感觉很幸福。日出景色如梦如幻，野生蘑菇遍地都是，还采到了东北特有的榛蘑。湖面如镜，两个人一起划canoe也是别有风趣；夜晚有篝火🔥，和满天的繁星（比照片清楚多了），还看到了银河，真是浪漫，听说流星经常会出现，希望下次去可以碰到！

Everyone had a great time on the firefly photography trip last night.

What a dream place to stay ! Staff are nice to show us around, especially the Crystal Dome House with private desk and pier best for fishing and canoeings.

Just 2.5 hrs drive away from Markham. It was such a wonderful experience living with pure nature but safe and warm.

We booked for our family & kids, friends to be staying for few more days in early July to enjoy the nature again. Highly recommended.
