Un pti havre de paix le long de la rivière !!|Tout est charmant, agréable, clean..|On a laissé facilement prendre par l'envie de se poser sur les bancs et chaises Desjardins pour se détendre |Un très bon service !|Un peu en retrait Du centre ville, mais avec toutes les commodités accessible rapidement !|Idéal pour un week-end romantique ou pour les amateurs de pêche ayant envie de se relaxer.. ah ha ha|Très bon sejour

this Campbell River Lodge is awesome when you're looking at it from the road. It looks a little rough and then you come in and it's really rustic but nice and then there's this guy Hayden what a nice guy man help me with my luggage took me for a tour of the grounds. You can tell this guy loves this place. I think he's amazing. What a representative for this place had the best experience here and it's not that nice. It's just rustic and clean and the people are great. My name is Melvin Girard.

Decent location in Campbellton. Quaint little room, but quite old. A single-hose portable AC was installed. There was no gap filler on the bottom of the door which leads to the outside. Great view of the river from the back. Plenty of parking out front. It was the cheapest option, so I can't complain too much.

Both Larry and Hayden exemplify top notch customer care. We recently faced an unfortunate situation where our volleyball team had to withdraw from a tournament the night before check-in. Our group consists of 15 people. We felt terrible about cancelling 8 hotel rooms at such a late hour, but Larry and Hayden were extremely accommodating to our situation and provided us a reprieve on the penalty charges. They could have charged us in full due to the late cancellation; however they chose to prioritize customer care over financial gain. We are grateful to them; as their commitment to servicing the customer is what we all look for as consumers. Thank you for lessening the burden Larry and Hayden; we will definitely recommend your establishment!

Thank you Hayden and Larry for the exceptional customer service, patience and understanding from answering our questions to accommdating different requests. Our youth volleyball team originally booked Campbell River Lodge for a tournament but, unfortunately, had to withdraw the night before Check-In due to unforeseeable situations. Hayden and Larry were very understanding and reduced 1/2 of the penalty charges. This establishment truly values customer satisfaction, which is hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend this place for anyone lodging at Campbell River.

Owners and staff are unbelievable. Extremely accommodating for our family of 4. The room itself and the bathroom are a bit dated... as all of the best motels are these days, but the beds were comfortable and sheets clean. This is not a new hotel, but the location is great and really is a quaint little place. The courtyard has a BBQ and is right on the river where you can watch seals. We stayed for a week in a kitchenette, which had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable stay. Some rooms are a bit smaller, but ours was huge with a full-size fridge. This is our go-to anytime we are in Campbell River for business or pleasure.
