The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were updated and clean.

The elevator is a bit older, but seems to work better than any newer one I've been in. They don't make them like they used to 😆.

A nice little lounge and restaurant just opened up in the hotel (December 2024), which was a bonus.

If I ever go back to Camrose, I'm definitely staying here.

Another important thing to me is you are supporting local people staying here, not a large corporation.

An old beauty of a cat named Ghost might greet you near the front desk, but he keeps to himself.

I was there at the beginning of this month to attend my training. The room is relatively modern, and I am glad it is not carpet. However, during my stay, I could smell the active cigarette smoke that probably came from the room next door before bedtime and in the morning. Unfortunately, I couldn't call the front desk cause the phone in my room didn't work. I was too tired to walk downstairs to report this. The other thing is that their shower is very disappointing and has very slow pressure. Also, please don't expect to sleep well here because of the sound of the train. Anyway, the location is easy to find. I am not planning to going back to this hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay! All the staff went above and beyond for our hockey team that stayed there. Had to bring our family elves and staff even joined in on the fun

Old smell as soon as you enter the hotel.
Stained old furniture in the lobby.
Dirty looking with stained carpets in hallways, no air conditioning in hallways.
Thank God there was AC in the bedroom.
The coffee maker didn't work, very plain outdated room and hotel.
The restaurant is closed, not what the website says.
Will not be returning nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Hotel in general is very outdated. Checked in a found all the towels in the bathroom hadn’t been changed out and were used and dirty Sheets and towels piled on a table in the “business area” in the lobby. Old, musty smell throughout the building. It’s cheap, but you get what you pay for .
