We had a 6 Star trip with Kristi today. We wanted to visit Okanogan Distillery in Vernon due to a friend's relative who worked there. Canadian Craft Tours stepped up to the plate to deliver what we wanted and added on several other wonderful suggestions when other tour groups wanted to do only their set tours. They were timely, courteous and helpful in All Ways. Kristi our guide/driver was very personable, helpful and even carried out bags for us. We went to some of the "off the beaten track" places that were real gems and thoroughly enjoyable. Kristi and Canadian Craft Tours make you feel like you matter and want to do all in their power to please you. Well Done!

Tour cancelled due to vehicle trouble. Did not receive any phone calls or emails as they had indicated when we called them at the pick up location on the day of the tour. Money was refunded. We decided to go on a self guided tour anyway and the winery we went to also indicated they had not received a cancellation notice from the tour company. Very poor and would not recommend this group to anyone.

I had a chance to do two tours with them this week and had a riot with my girls. The wineries and breweries are amazing and you can tell they built great relationships with all the places we visited. Would recommend to my friends and family.
