Never buy an airline ticket from them ever. We got screwed 3 times. We bought air tickets from Mr. jameel. When my family got to the edmonton airport we found out that our airline ticket had a problem. it only connected half the route. The airline told us that they tried to contact Mr. jameel in the past via email to fix our route, but no reply from him. he was in back home or god knows where, but he shd chk his emails regularly. So, the airline could not do anything just to leave as is. We called his cell and watsapp number, but there was no answer. At around 7am Luckily, his secretary/clerk answered, i explained to her everything. She did try hard, and finally, after a 5 hours, we got another route. Imagine 6 family members with tons of suitcases, bags, etc, in a deep stress n waiting bcoz of this idiot.. story not ending here.

When we coming back to canada Mr. jameel office assured us that the tickets are good and we are good to go. When we get to the airport, we find out that our flight from dubai to toronto got canceled long ago. without knowing anything, so we had to go back. And stayed to our relatives. Then, a few days later. they send us 2 out of 6 e-tickets of the same name. We notice at the Bangkok airport. Absolutely Nightmare. My family was traveling after 12 years, and thats what they faced.

I wish I could give Canadian Express Travel Services zero stars. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also completely ruined my vacation. Their lack of attention to detail resulted in a series of missed connections and lost reservations, leaving me stranded in unfamiliar cities with no assistance from their staff. The whole experience was a disaster, and I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Pathetic service. I will never recommend this travel agency or this person who runs the agency again. He has no sense of respect for his clients. He thinks he knows everything, and won’t even bother listening to what you have to say. Booked with him for the first and last time, & never again. Even the previous reviews he has are written by him, the one bad review is the realest one and I 100% agree with that review.

really poor communication regarding change of flights, arrived at the airport to learn flights had changed at my destination city. no work put in to make sure I knew of it. Has dropped communication regarding refunding the shuttle service charges I incurred for the change-up

Worst customer service!! I will never recommend this travel agency to anyone, first he needs lessons on how to talk to his clients with respect and then continue with his business. DON’T BOOK YOUR NEXT TRIP WITH HIM !!!!
