We stayed here for 3 days during the "Rock the Track" concerts. The room was very clean, beds were comfy, lots of pillows and very nice linens, the air conditioning worked awesome! The staff were all very nice. One wonderful lady named Claire that worked in housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and we had a lot of fun in the pool! We well definitely stay here again!!

We stayed at the Canalta for our wedding so I blocked multiple rooms to accommodate friends and family. I was dealing with Marlon and he took care of all our needs and even kindly upgraded my room and my husband’s. Everyone who called to book also enjoyed their stay. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast attendant made sure there was enough food for everyone and replenished the food when needed so no one had to wait. The pool, lobby and other amenities where kept clean. The rooms were spotless. And the front desk staff, Leah and Riley were very polite and friendly.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was truly amazing. They helped make our wedding weekend go smoothly.

We came for 2 separate weekends back to back for 3 nights each while we came for the arenacross , staff were very accommodating , housekeeping was great , there was one staff member in particular that stood out so much, she was so sweet and even gave my daughter a little stuffed animal and tucked her stuffed animals in our bed when she cleaned our room. I had an issue with my fridge the second weekend and they got it fixed right away, the a&w was attached to hotel which was super convenient, the breakfast at hotel was also good. Had a great stay and commend the staff for their patience when issues arose with other guests. Would recommend and stay again!

Stayed here for a week for work, rooms were clean, big, and nice! All the staff was amazing and the pool and hot tub were great. Special shout out to Jennifer for making me feel right at home in Rimbey! Will definitely be back!

Jenny at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
The pool and water slide were a blast.
Complimentary breakfast was the best one I have ever seen. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the Canalta Rimbey for a mini vacation. We had stayed here about six months ago and we were treated so well, we decided to come back!

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. It was very quiet, which contributed to the restful experience we were looking forward to.

We would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Room was clean, breakfast buffet is ok. My only personal feedback would be to update TV's in the rooms. We had a king suite both of our last 2 visits and the small tv's don't fit the room size especially since the king rooms are so big.

Unfortunately after check out I realized I had left 2 gifts in the fridge. I called the hotel to ask if the cleaners had been there yet and if they could put it aside and I would have someone come grab them. The male receptionist just said that the cleaners probably took it’s and ended the phone call before I could say anything else.

Although it was my fault for forgetting, I am not sure what the policy is regarding property and each hotels holding period. I am upset that I was dismissed and that the items were “never found”.
