I am disgusted by the treatment I just received from captain taxi, I was refused service due to my disability. I even forwarned dispatch that my service dog was with me yet the driver refused to allow us in his car and instead said he would call us another, the guy even had the nerve to come back and waive us back outside to ask if I had a voucher or cash, I told him cash and his response was a thumbs up and ok another car will come then. If the second cab ever gets here I'll have to see if this attitude is throughout the company or only select drivers

I called dispatch to see if there was a flat rate from Saskatoon airport to Alt Hotel. They said yes $21.00. I get into a cab and tell the driver I’m aware of the flat rate and he agrees. It was slow due to weather and meter read $28.00 when we arrived at our destination. Says he wants the $28 as the flat rare doesn’t apply to weather/road conditions. Flat rate means regardless of whatever gets in the way it’s still $21.00. We paid the $28.00 cause we’re in a hurry. Called dispatch and told them all about it. Said they would check it out and get back to me. Still waiting. Do not use this company!!

I would give ZERO STARS if it was an option. The cab was only 4 minutes away from me but spent half an hour driving around trying to find me, until I was late for my appointment and told him Nevermind don’t bother coming to get me. Wish I would have looked at all the negative reviews about how long they take to find you and they don’t use gps etc instead of just choosing the company closest to me. Horrible service. Stood outside in the cold waiting and missed my appointment and now have to pay a fee for missing my appointment.

When I called I was told it would be 15 minutes, after 30 minutes I called and asked and he said it would be soon, I called again after over an hour of waiting and asked again, he said he couldn't tell me cuz they were too busy. I called at 1:30 in the afternoon and now it is 2:35. The wait is ridiculous, I was lied to multiple times.

Terrible service. Hubby called a taxi and was booked in. Taxi wasn't there on time. Looks them up. The taxi cancelled on him. No text. No call!! No new taxi sent!!

*** Edited as just saw owner response to someone- imagine saying it is competitor's writing their negative reviews! That is bad business practice so, erm NO, we are real customers- this isn't the first time you've pulled this, then you blame your "system" my hubby should have been at the hospital almost an hour ago!! Thanks for nothing! ***

Oh wow, he still waiting this be the third taxi!?!?and what, an hour and 15 minutes or so of waiting now!! I hope you read all your 1* reviews and do something or yes, we will use RIIDE or another company!

Onw of your best driver, give us a awesome ride from sasktel cetnre our of 7000 people and gave me a ride. I was cold and he was there ASAP much appreciated!

Is there a rating less than one star? Absolutely atrocious. The cab driver did not know what he/she/they was doing. Twenty-five minutes elapsed and then they drove past our home (even though I attempted to flag the cab driver down). The dispatch person was rude and actually hung up on me when I complained. I won't EVER use this sad excuse for a taxi service again.

Navid picked me up after the big snowfall early for the airport . I thought we were stuck at one stage but he got going within 5 mins. And then there was a truck blocking the way and he also helped him to get going. He got me there on time and was the best winter driver I’ve ever. seen. Thank you so much!
