Drivers and vehicles are great. One particular over the phone worker is especially rude and will even scold you if you don't do things exactly as she says or suggests ( been 3 times now with her). The other customer service people are very kind and helpful. The online booking and Amble app are extremely unreliable and will NOT guarantee your ride shows up. You have to wait on the phone and talk to a real person( hopefully a nice one) if you want to be sure. Trust me on that last one - until they get a new app or online system.

Had to call into pick 9 stops for my mother. After waiting 10 min on hold they were amazing with helping me set up her account.
Can’t wait for her first trip.

Would not recommend this service. Used them twice and both times not good.
Today they were to pick me up at the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital at 10am. I was outside at 9.50 waiting. As each bus came, they said I was not on there list. Drivers would not contact dispatch to see what was wrong, but I had to phone myself. They said I was a no show. I was not.
Finally got picked up at 11.30. When I phoned customer service, I received no sympathy or support.

Amazing Customer Service
The folks here are v polite and patient in explaining how the service works. The Care-A-Van service itself is a very important part of the community as it helps seniors and others in need to get around for their daily life needs. thank you to all the folks at Oakville Transit and at Care-A-Van
