Amazing experience. Lost $5000. Then won $4000 back. This is a real casino, although small. They have a different variety of games. So, when I was down on blackjack, I went and played roulette. When I was down on roulette, I went and played slots, and won a jackpot! I finished off my stay playing a few thousand-dollar hands of blackjack! This place is indeed the real deal, a spot for real gamblers. I stayed in the Holiday Inn next door... perfect! I ate an amazing steak dinner in the restaurant. I will definitely be back. Thank you Cascades Chatham!

Great place for the town of Chatham. Not as large as other casinos but I think that is what makes it stick out. Great games, great tables and great staff. Lots of parking and food/drink options.

Buffet does not have much selection. Don't tip before you've eaten. They ran out of mash patatoes that was delicious with the roast beef. Only thing I really liked.

*edit* had to drop a star because the workers here are VERY slow. I have to leave and have been waiting over 15 minutes for a worker to come help.

Other than that I LOVE this place because of the workers here! The security team is full of lovely people who will talk to you about anything and if you're a regular will say welcome back and it's awesome

Made friends with the dealers as well and they too know me, and they are awesome, although I have my lucky ones and unlucky ones lol. Tyler, the dealer showed me how to play Ultimate Texas Holdem and it's now one of my favorites there!

Promotions are usual and fair I'd say although I never win them,

And I don't have many complaints.

Slots never win smh that's the casino but I won't complain about it bc it's not anything unordinary. I just wish they had better machines I liked. More cheaper ones too

I don't write many reviews. The Buffet is worthy of a review. Poor review. I've been to Casino Buffets in the past. Thought since the Cascades Casino Buffet was only months old that we may have a better than average experience. That was not the case. With so many restaurants out there you only get one chance to make an impression. 1st and last time here. See attached photos of 1. Advertisement and 2. Actual. Guaranteed you'll have the same opinion. Unfortunately.
