Found out the day I was suppose to pick up my vehicle that they were trying to sell me a completely different one. Wouldn't provide any paperwork for review. Sales woman Angie was great. But all in all terrible experience. I recommend just shopping out of town. Found a far better dealership with the vehicle I wanted at a cheaper price and got a better interest rate.

My friends truck broke down and we were able to Inch it’s way to Castle Ford. Great service department/sales Department people we’ve ever dealt with. They were able to get the parts shipped over night and said truck will be ready by noon today. Fast reliable service going. I would highly recommend Castle Ford for either service on your vehicle or looking to purchase. My friend will be coming here in the future for a new purchase forsure.

I was on the highway and close to Pincher Creek, my vehicle had a couple of concerning noises so stopped in to Castle Ford.
Don in the Service Department provided exceptional service, he addressed the concerns quickly and demonstrated extreme knowledge on my vehicle.
As a woman, I sometimes worry about being taken advantage of at dealerships, but Don was thoroughly professional, helpful and informative and had me back on the road in no time.
I highly recommend visiting Castle Ford for Service

Just financed a new ford escape through castle ford and it was without question the best customer service I have ever received in any field. All very friendly and respectful staff, I personally dealt with Chad, absolute wicked salesman. Very understanding of situations and they did everything they could to help me get into a new vehicle. Very grateful for the whole experience and couldn’t be happier with everything.

They ran my credit and I have never applied for any car from them . I don’t even live in the same province. I would like somebody from this dealership to contact me to fix and remove castle Ford off my credit report. Or tell me how or who at your dealership ran my credit.

Super disappointed with this place, im a local and live near the dealership. Do NOT support this place customer service is the worst ive ever experienced! Were a local customer, have a few brand new vehicles and the truck in question that caused this poor review is a relatively new ford truck but with the highest level of ford extended warranty available. Long story short, castle ford talked us into doing a “warranty inspection” to see if the truck had anything wrong with it that they could repair under warranty, found a leaking hose, so ordered the part, took weeks to show up, then we take our truck for the “scheduled appointment” in to get it done, sits there for two days, doesnt get done, then weeks later take it in again for another “scheduled appointment” this time they do it however charged us for the hose/ coolant leak they fixed and denied us warranty and said if we wanted it warrantied we should take the vehicle back to the dealer we bought it from…… thats right from the manager himself. Piss poor, the next couple F-450’s were buying for the farm this year will be bought elsewhere.
