We had a wonderful stay at Castlegar Cabins, RV Park, and Campground during our recent road trip. We stumbled upon this gem while passing through Castlegar and were lucky to find availability. We initially booked two nights in a cabin with our two dogs, but after the first night, we happily extended our stay by another night. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit, and we especially loved the morning view from the kitchen. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for dog-friendly activities in the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Great place for a peaceful getaway. Owners Kim and Wylie are kind and helpful. Camp ground is beautifully maintained. Trees, flowers, welcoming sitting areas and best of all a fenced area for dogs to play!
Showers and laundry room are very clean. Highly recommend.

We brought our RV here this summer, very accommodating. Great service and nice clean facilities and full hook ups. I would highly recommend the RV campsite, as sites are spacious and have trees for shade. Lovely owners, definitely a well managed and run RV site.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff. Good location. We booked their Richmond model. Spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. Quiet and peaceful despite there being many guests when we were there. Really can recommend this place.

Beautiful setting and very well maintained. The laundry rooms and showers are very clean and accessible. Kim and Wylie are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I love it here!

Wylie and Kim are the 2 coolest hosts you will ever meet. Join Wylie in the saloon for a cold drink and great conversation. Hear some great old stories, see some cool memorabilia on the walls and maybe fall into a card game. Biker friendly with great accommodations.

We just visited Castlegar for our Grandson's Grad , booked for the weekend. So glad we did ! Extremely clean facilities and very well maintained sites. Wylie and Kim are super friendly and accommodating hosts . We are definitely booking again for future visits and would recommend to anyone wanting a great experience at a peaceful ,outdoor location. With more than a months notice to cancel a reservation, they still charge you for the first night.
Not a good way to get return customers or positive recommendations.
Their website is very unclear about cancelled reservations but they are very quick and efficient at taking payment for services not rendered.
Not a campground I would ever look at booking at again or recommend to friends or family with travel plans in that area.
Very poor business practise.
