This morning, while driving into Save On Foods parking lot , in my husband's very long, pick up that I don't normally drive , I had this this taxi guy quickly speed into the parking spot ( he pulled in so fast he was almost touching the pickup beside him ) that he could clearly see that I was taking a wide turn to park in that spot , but because my husband's truck is so long. I kind of have to take up two spots . He had complete disregard for me and ignored me when I confronted him . I contacted the office of the company that he works for and I was very upset . The lady that answered the phone , after I said some choice words. I let her know that I wasn't mad at her, she was very polite and helpful , but I was very upset about this man who just put his hat on and walked away . It really wasn't her fault, and I appreciate her letting me know that she would let the boss know . This is not somebody you want working for your company . We need to do better . If he has complete disregard for somebody at a shopping store, imagine what he's like to people taking a ride in his taxi 🤔 needless to say, if I ever need a taxi and that man shows up I will not be taking a ride with him !

Almost 40 dollars for a 12-minute trip? Via Google Maps, the estimated duration was 12 minutes, and we anticipated a maximum of 15 minutes.

The dispatcher, who did not seem particularly friendly, informed us that the driver would arrive in 10 minutes; however, the driver arrived in six minutes. The cab was clean, smelled fine, and had COVID-19 protection measures in place.

The driver was professional and provided good customer service during our interaction. Upon departing the parking lot and turning onto Coutts Way, the driver proceeded onto Road 11 but failed to check his right side, attempting to make a left-hand turn and nearly getting into an accident with an oncoming car, which was averted only by the horn.

On his second attempt to make the left-hand turn, the driver looked right and saw a dump truck approaching. He then looked left and saw an opportunity to turn, proceeding to do so, but failing to notice another vehicle closely behind the dump truck.

Fortunately, the driver accelerated, and we avoided the accident. We encountered two red lights, one of which required us to wait for two light cycles before proceeding.

Notably, traffic was not heavy or congested, and we spent a maximum of 15 minutes with the company, which seemed excessive for a charge of almost 40 dollars.

Best Taxi service ever very friendly and helpful caring bunch of People willing to help and do everything they can arrive on time always if not they call and let you know better taxi company then Chilliwack taxi and any other taxi company in the State of the lower-manland.There's an older gentleman who always gets out the car. Just to open the door for you.and if you need help getting in or outta the car. Its amazing!!! Don't ever Change Guys!!!

Only taxi service I use in Abbotsford I prefer this one opposed to a cab company with a certain colour. The receptionist lady has always been polite with me, people get the wrong impression cause she doesn’t answer the phone overly excited. The men who drive the cabs have always been respectful. My favourite is the van taxi driver who wears the cool hat. Very nice guy

The drivers are very nice and polite But, the woman who answers the calls is very rude and unrespectable i ordered a taxi on Wednesday June 28 at 4 pm I was at Sevenoaks mall and she said the taxi will be there at 10 minutes but, because I was in a crowded area I didn't heard her well and when I asked her "did you say 5 minutes" she replied with an anger tone 10 minutes and hang up the phone without even giving me the chance to respond. And this wasn't the first time she's always this way she should learn how to treat the customers even before applying for a job.

We had booked with Pacific cabs and were told to wait an indeterminate amount of time for WAV vehicle. We waited 3 hours. We reached out to central valley and they were able to get us a ride in under 15 mins in Langley.

Dispatch estimated 5-10 minutes, 45minutes later I called to find out he had the wrong number. Half an hour later I call to cancel, no answer. So I start to walk, and the driver called back insisting he would be there in three minutes. I should have just walked because what should have been an easy 5minute drive turned into a rather terrifying driving experience in which the driver narrowly avoided causing four separate car accidents by slamming on the breaks and skidding forward on bald tires. If I could rate lower I would, seriously if you value life, I’d highly recommend not calling here
