Not a travel agency I would deal with. A complete disaster booking my sons destination wedding. We were quoted a rate for min 10 people as a group. Travel agent Sabrina, realized she made a mistake and panned it off to another agent. Rate was not honored so we cancelled the booking and went to a more honest travel company. No apology for their mistake, totally inept employee.

Was in touch with Ashley to plan my tour, she replied to my emails a couple of times, and when i asked her to make a few changes to the itinerary she just stopped replying to my emails so there was no way to get a quote from them, which is good cause this reflects on how the agency is. Glad to have dodged a bullet here.

My Finance (at the time ) and I booked Barbara Hicks through Centre Holidays for our destination wedding. I came across their agency through wedding wire. Barb got back in touch with us right away and was very friendly/personable. I had reached out to two different agencies and had very different experiences. Barbara listened to our wants and needs and followed through with her promises. We were glad we chose her. She was very easy to get in contact with throughout the process . She was professional and relatable throughout. Closer to our departure day we had a few mix ups with our tickets and she was quick to rectify to mistakes. She has been open to us contacting her even after our successful trip . We are looking forward to working with Barb again in the upcoming year for our honeymoon.

We got ripped-off by this company. A large group of us were looking to book a holiday south with our friend who had ALS. We came across Impact Vacations which is through Centre Holidays. They supposedly specialize in accessible vacations for people with disabilities. At first, Sarah Tengler seemed to be helpful until we all sent her our $200 deposit and that's when her effort diminished. Every booking that she found for us she waited too long after we gave our approval to book that in the end each one was taken and we were left with no options. She never even offered to look into other options and we never heard from her again. She got well over $1500 (from our group) for basically doing nothing and we were out a holiday. A trip that would have been a nice memory and one last venture south for our friend. What a frustrating experience!

I've never used a travel agent before however I was part of a group trip that did. Mandana was our agent and I can't express how incredibly wonderful she is! The most thoughtful professional who deeply cares about each traveler and their needs. Mandana's level of service is extraordinary. My family experienced a medical emergency on the day of our flight to our dream vacation and she has gone above and beyond to assist us with our needs. I can't recommend her enough!

I recently required a hotel in Mississauga for a wedding for myself and my 10 yr old son. Being the photographer there is a lot of high pressure and things need to run smoothly and booking hotels with certain requirements can be a challenge. I contacted Candice and told her my requirements, location area and budget. She quickly got back to me with several options all within the area I needed and well within the budget, and with the requirements needed. After choosing the hotel I liked most, booking with her was extremely simple and fast. Upon check in there were no issues and check out was just as easy. The hotel had everything I needed. Thank You Candice for making this so simple and easy allowing me to concentrate on my duties without having to worry if things were going to foul up. I look forward to booking with you in the future.

I was in contact with Carlton - CEO of Centre Holidays since November 2023. I have not received a reply back from him after I was told he would get my flights booked for a vacation in March 2024. I have a future travel credit with Air Canada Vacations which the original flights were purchased through Centre Holidays. Flights get more expensive as the trip nears the date and my over $3600 credit is stuck with this company.
