Got bed bug bite from the hotel which is arranged by Charming Holidays; I provided bite mark evidence to them and they chose to believe the hotel’s investigation said it has no hygienic problem.( I report it after three days and the hotel just reply the next day after my report and said it’s fine according to their management department.); Their tour group is good experience after all. What I suggest is being careful with your stay, the Grand Park Vancouver airport hotel cleaning situation (towel, floor, bed, curtain, washroom) is worse than most of the motel I used to stay.

I bought a Small Group, 6-day tour of Japan from a Japanese Travel Agency, Japan Holidays, not knowing I was buying a Charming Holidays Tour. That information was not given to me by Japan Holidays. It was a terrible tour. We spent more time driving than sightseeing. The so called "tour guide" was the driver with very little English. The included meals, especially the lunches on the road, were terrible.

called and put a flight on hold. agent Roger told me it will be held till 3pm next day. called him first thing in the morning to go ahead with the booking and gave my payment info. a few hours later he calls me telling me that the price went up $1000.00! why didnt he book it for me when i requested he supplies no answer! Promised to call the airline and see what he can do but he never called me back and the staff at the agency all ignored me. worst service and worse agency to go with. dont trust these people when they say they reserve anything!! many agencies around.....AVOID THIS ONE!
