Je ne suis aller qu'au resto de la place. Nous y sommes reçus "bilingue" par le fils le plus âgés des propriétaire qui déploie des efforts extraordinaires pour nous mettre à l'aise. J'ai été très surpris par la poutine dont ils semblent avoir trouvé une recette de sauce secrète. Tout est fait maison. Vous vous sentirez comme chez-vous au resto de ce Motel.

Love the Chateau Guay! We stay regularly when visiting family and always have a large, clean room, with lovely people working housekeeping and the front desk. The restaurant is great too, we really like breakfast, can't beat the food or prices.

Very quaint, modernized rooms. Perfect for sleeping, LOTS of hot water. Deep tub, stand-up shower. These rooms were well thought out. One of the most reasonably priced options for the area. Offers value, if that is a concern.

We've stayed many times, but this time it was just off. The lamps in our room were broken and wouldn't turn on and the tv was very hard to operate...had to keep unplugging it and let it reset. We ALWAYS have breakfast in the restaurant and this time we waited about 10 minutes before we even were offered coffee, then another 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order for breakfast. Then we received our breakfast and were NEVER offered a coffee refill. When we went to the cash to pay, at leaving, we were told "Just wait a minute" and the waitress left and waited on other customers before even taking our payment. We're hoping this was just an "off" day, because this was not good customer service at all!!!

I love that this Motel is pet friendly. The owners are very kind, and always do their best to accommodate our always changing travel plans. There's also a restaurant attached to the motel that makes amazing comfort homestyle food and has a really excellent breakfast. The location is great (right on highway 17 east and moonlight). The rooms are standard 2 bed simple, clean, comfortable, with microwave, TV wifi, bathtub/shower. There are lots of places to walk your dog, and Tim Hortons is close by as well as many other amenities. Great prices too. Highly recommended.
