Called in for a cab pick up ASAP (I had booked an uber that cancelled at my pickup time. Do not use uber in agassiz!) The driver arrived within 20 minutes. Great service, friendly driver, and I was still able to make it into work on time. Thank you!! 😁

We nearly missed our friend’s wedding ceremony because of Cheam’s incompetent dispatcher. We scheduled a pickup for 3pm and no driver showed up. After calling the dispatcher, they said they had no record of the call, and no driver was on the way. They said the best they could do was send a driver who would arrive in 15 minutes, which didn’t happen (he arrived 30 minutes later). We had to drive our own vehicle to the wedding, or we would have missed the wedding. I’m not sure how they could fail such a simple task. I suggest they find a new dispatcher who speaks better English. Do NOT rely on this company if you have an important pickup time.

I called to book a taxi, got a call and called back right away (which went straight to the company’s voicemail). Waited After 4 calls (and getting hung up on) and finally someone was able to talk to me and the driver had driven up, but picked up someone else who had placed in a call after us. We heard them say “wow this was fast” — and they took our cab.

The young guy that I had was very helpful, friendly and even helped me with my groceries to my doorstep. Never had service like that before with ANY taxi company and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

The worst taxi service. We booked a taxi a week in advance and they didn’t pick us up. We had to call 4 times to find a ride. And they still didn’t come. Never use them.
