On my day off I like to dress casually. The agent looked at me with disgust and said he had a 2:00 appointment even though it was 2:15 now. Just didn’t want anything to do with me. Too bad. Looking for a Europe vacation for 2weeks and money was no object. Next time I’ll wear a suit. Not again.

ragazzo e un cane di piccola taglia (Service Dog) e mi
sono messa in contatto con Josie.
Dopo aver aspettato una settimana il suo aggiornamento, mai avuto, l’ho richiamata per sentirmi dire “non ho avuto tempo”, non ci sono compagnie che viaggiano con il cane”.
Io vado e vengo dall’Italia con il cane.
Direi che la signora ha molta voglia di lavorare! E soprattutto va ricordato il perché lavora in una agenzia di viaggi.

Cianfarani Travel has been my go to travel agency ever since we booked our destination wedding back in 2017. We dealt directly with Rosie and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was professional, hard working and dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly for our wedding. She managed to accommodate a group of 92 guests without any issues and the resort she recommenced (Azul Fives) was a dream. All of our guests were very impressed and could not stop raving about the resort.

Since then we have booked a family vacation and it was great. Rosie helped us plan a last minute new years trip for a group of 21 in 2018 and we are currently working on planning our next family vacation with Rosie and her team.

My family and I thank Cianfarani Travel for their continued help in planning memorable moments with our loved ones. I highly recommend them for any and all your travel needs.

Such a terrible experience. I called and told Rosie that I wanted to book a trip to cuba. Told them the location, dates, what I was looking for and everything. I was asking for which resort they recommended so that I could book the trip with them.

Rosie took my email and phone number and advised me that she would send me an email with a couple options to check out. I never got an email or a phone call from her. I called the next day and she advised me that the email wouldn't go through and that she had written the phone number down wrong so she couldn't call me. She advised me that she would get the info to me asap and she double checked that my email and phone number were correct. I never heard back, never got an email or phone call or anything. Business must be really good when you can just completely ignore customers who are wanting to book trips.

It's been three days now and the flights are all full for the dates I wanted. I guess I should have found another travel agent. I'm sorry that I wasted my time and would give zero stars if I could.

Cianfarani Travel is an agency that truly cares about its clients' enjoyment rather than just trying to drain their money is a very rare sight these days.
I’ve been dealing with Rosie for the past 5 year and I've been on several different trips with them and they've always managed to make me feel secure and taken care of.
