Old train station, It's so wonderful to see the rich history of this area and the preservation of a cabin, schoolhouse, and a caboose. It's so well preserved that it takes you back in time.

Very nice and small museum that shows history and living conditions at the end of 19th century. Worth wisiting.

This is a HUGE museum and it has something for everyone! A fantastic destination for anyone keen on Southern Albertan history and a testament to the hard work and dedication of past and future curators. A must see if you are driving through Claresholm.

Amazing exhibits with a very knowledgeable staff that is happy to share the local history and answer questions. A surprisingly large site with lots to see. A must-stop when passing through Claresholm!

One can easily spend an hour or more visiting this very comprehensive museum. It is spread throughout a number of buildings and every one is very interesting. It has a little bit of everything from native artifacts, ranching, early small town living and all the pieces are in amazing condition. Well worth the stop!

Just my opinion, but I think this is the BEST museum between Calgary and Lethbridge. The friends of the museum and the staff are kind and helpful. This museum works on donations and no entry fee. This is a MUST see if going through Claresholm. It is a good slice of Alberta heritage.

I enjoyed this museum, they have great collections of items of the past. I think there is something for everyone. I found the small touches of each store to be very fun to see, especially if it relates to places that we frequent on a regular basis. The barbershop, dentistry, grocery/general/hospital and the tools.

You could really spend over an hour here taking in all the details.
