It is an older hotel but clean and comfortable stay for my liking. Generous welcome staff. Nice breakfast. There is connection padway to recreation centre which is a bonus in winter. I enjoyed the hotel pool and gym. Housekeeping came everyday to clean my room.

I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel during a work trip and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet which is perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The staff was professional, friendly and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained and offering great value for its price. An exquisite experience! I posted a friend of mine here who was having a few troubles in life at the time, the staff were extremely generous, compassionate, and transparent with both myself as well as my friend.

The room was very nice, the hallways quiet, and the lobby was impressively grand. Thank you again, particularly Julie and Roshen, for your superior levels of hospitality - it was truly beyond expectation <3

Amazing! Excellent! Out of this world customer service!
I have just returned home from a 9 night stay at this hotel and I will DEFINITELY choose Clarion Hotel & Conference Suites for any future stays in Edmonton, Alberta. Also for any of my future events and/or celebrations occurring in the Edmonton area requiring space rental I will be reaching out to, J. Dean to discuss which of the absolutely exquisite conference spaces will suit the particular needs of the event. Saying that the experience staying at this hotel was enjoyable would be an understatement so continue to read below you and you will find my precisions for added clarity and gratitude!!!

I wanna say they need some improvements in terms of cleanliness of the hotel such as floors are dusty and dirty. Elevator doesn’t works well.
I have tried to fill the water and ask the front desk employee who works in the night time and as I was told to fill it in the fitness room. Where I found the dispensary machines are not working in anyways. Overall, I got the bad experience while staying out this place.
