Last August, when my family and I were visiting Victoria, I surprised my husband with a tour in Larry's 1965 Pontiac Parisienne to the Butchart Gardens and back. Larry was great - took some nice photos of my husband and I, let my little niece and nephew climb in the car for photos, and then took us out for the tour. Larry knows SO much about the area and all the local spots - we loved hearing his stories about everything! We had a fantastic time on the tour, and I'd definitely reccommend it to anyone visiting the area for the first time.

I just took a tour the 1st week of July w my fiance and 2 others. The tour was the best your of our entire cruise. We rode in a classic convertible, Canada's version of a Pontiac Bonneville, 1965. The tour was informative, the driver was laid back and allowed us to check out things at our own pace, nothing like a crowded tour bus. We could of gone anywhere grabbed a cocktail or a bite to eat and like a chaffeur service he waits till your ready to leave. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Only $200 for 2 hrs $100 for each additional hr + tip. After paying outrageous prices for disappointing cruise ship tours, this was a gift!

We took the Classic Car Tour with Carl and it was amazing! he was really nice and I believe we got the best bang for our dollar.
we took a cruise from royal Caribbean to Alaska ad Canada and we walked out to see all the classic cars and picked Carl because he gave us a better deal being 50$ a person.
we went to the botanical garden, a look out to see the whole city, the castle that was famous there, downtown, the capital, and he was extra nice and took us to see a fire fighter station because we were on vacation with 2 fire fighters who trade badges with other fire fighters.
the only bad comment was that the car was not very nice and was uncomfortable for 5 people. however, I would do pay what I paid and do the whole experience over again in a heart beat!!!!!! it was really a once in a life time experience and CARL was GREAT!

Best city tour of any city we have taken. Larry was so friendly and so knowledgeable. We were stuck in our building elevator for an hour and Larry waited for us to get ready and started the time when we arrived. We saw sites we would never had seen on our own. A must do your while visiting Victoria

Well, what can I say? My new husband, Bruce Laforest, and I just returned from our wedding cruise aboard the Westerdam/Holland line. Bruce surprised us by having two classic cars meet us upon our arrival in Victoria..We had pictures taken and we even had Larry's little dog "Lady" pose with us in one of the pictures. I think she even smiled, ha ha. We made our way home along Government St., waving and smiling to people as they were doing the same while also admiring our ride. Thank you so much for making this time in our lives extra special Larry and Dale. Thank you. Sue
