If I could give this service 6 stars, I absolutely would! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jodi and Keith were incredibly kind, charismatic, and professional—truly a joy to interact with. We had the white carriage for the wedding, and it was an absolute highlight of the day. It added such a beautiful and memorable touch to the celebration. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their special event even more magical!

We didn't think we needed transportation. A week before the date we realized, logistically, we needed it and we panic called. Best panic we could have had. They were able to provide us with their availability and choice of carriages. We were able to book that day and they were so fast getting back to us. The driver arrived at the first location not only on time but early and got out of the carriage to knock on the door to make sure he was in the right place rather than just waiting to see. The carriage was beautiful and added a sense of wonder and Class we didn't anticipate but now look back on quite fondly. The driver was a very nice person who brought us where we needed to be safely and perfectly in time. He made suggestions when needed, chatted with the party personably, and just provided a great experience (and fit that trolly in places I worried it wouldn't even fit!) Not bad pricing, and great experience. If you're on the fence- do it.

We used the Trolley for our wedding and had 50 guests on board with food and drink for a tour of St. John's. What delight working with Dianne. She was super organized and accommodating ahead of the event. The Trolley is in excellent condition and Jeff (the driver) and Andrea who accompanied our group were timely and so warm to our guests. I would highly recommend Classic Carriage and would not hesitate to use them again. They truly added to our special day and our guests loved the Trolley!
