I got put in this hotel for work and it is excellent! Staff is super nice. Rooms are fully equipped for long term living. Kitchenette, washer and dryer. Definitely wouldn't mind getting sent here again.

Place was absolutely lovely, we stayes while visiting family and needed bigfer space for the kids. Buffet was good, the waffles never worked out any time we tried to make any.
We asked for an extra pillow and it go dropped outside our door in a black garbage bag. Opened the door and no one there just a garbage bag on the floor outside the door.

Terrible staff. Every days I need to get a new card key. Sometimes I have to go back three times to get one that work. Staff is rude and unhelpful. There’s much better place to stay.

Nice suites, in room laundry. Beds are comfortable, but on the smaller side. Service is prompt and courteous.

Very friendly staff thanks night staff Delia and Cris and day staff Ian all the amenities you need and big suites that are fully stocked with dishes pots cutlery just like home ans breakfast included close to a mall and restaurants

The cleaning staff Is very lazy they come change the towels but do not add more soaps and body wash or coffee for the machine all they do is change out the towels. They can't even wipe down the coffe table . Also came back to hotel with what appeared to be a made bed but unfortunately that is not what was underneath. Too bad the staff sucks . Never staying here agian

I could see this hotel fitting a need for many but as a business traveler it falls a bit short. The positives - underground parking, lots of retail in the area, balcony's, a full size fridge. My suite also has laundry machines, almost a full kitchen with dishes and a Jacuzzi tub. They have filtered water ice cubes and vending machines on my floor. Set up for longer stays. Price was good and I booked on short notice.

The Cons - No pen/paper at desk, no complimentary water bottles and the TV was kept cutting out. Hotel is older(phone jack in the bathroom) and the carpets in my room have multiple stains. My room had garbage it in when I arrived. The police visited this location twice during my stay but I wasn't disturbed by anything. Not all of the exit doors are in use, making you access the lobby when coming and going. They also don't accept any cash here and I generally try to avoid business engaging in this practice.

They preset the air conditioning to 20 degrees C but really it’s like 25 degrees and still not comfortable to sleep. They don’t have proper sized pillows for the king sized beds so you have to ask for more. Had to ask for pull out couch items and had to ask for a second pillow after already requesting. The lobby doesn’t have AC either. The complimentary breakfast was constantly backed up due to only providing small amount of items at a time- items such as milk for kids cereal, muffins and yoghurts. Lots of people waiting. Good price for the stay but not comfortable because of the AC issue. Also they do NOT have a pool the picture online looks like one but it’s a whirl pool and it also wasn’t working.
