Les réceptionnistes sont pas gentille te prenne pas au sérieux quand tu leur dit que tu a besoin d’aide mentalement j’ai aucun moyen de me rendre la semaine elle veut pas me donner un rendez-vous par téléphone je leur est dit parfait il arriveras ce qui arriveras avec moi pis à ma répondu c’est parfait bye bye wow quel professionnalisme 👏🏻

My experience with Dr. Hurley was second to none, very patient help oriented and easy to talk to, unfortunately he returned back to Ireland to help his ageing parents, he will be missed.
Secondly now with Dr. Golbafion whom l had an awesome first meeting, she showed concerned interest in my file and l felt comfortable in our meeting!, l look forwards to her support and guidance…

No signage anywhere in the front entrance/waiting area, I waited for 2 hours to be told the "Walk in Clinic" is for patients of the practice. This has always been a walk in clinic but has changed since covid-

Staff was polite, however a simple large print sign stating that the clinic is for patients only would be appreciated.

Nowhere on the website does it state that you must already be a patient to take part in the walk in clinic.

I woke up early and waited in line for several hours for the clinic to open this weekend. I was then refused service because I’m not a patient there.

There’s also no signs on the doors stating that either. It’s been that way since Covid, so roughly 4 years and yet there’s been no update to the website or the signs on the doors.

Big waste of time especially when you need medical attention. Very disappointing. So much for a “walk in” clinic.

Our family has had a great experience here. We had an amazing doctor who always took the time for us when needed. The front staff, always do their best to help us with an appointment when needed, and if we have any questions over the phone, they would communicate with the doctor on our behalf and get back to us once they had an answer. The nurses there were always kind and great with our 2 daughters(baby+4 yr old) especially when it came to their shots.

recently found out my doctor is leaving for a new practice, really hope this is my ticket away from CMC. always a hassle to get appointments and the front desk staff lacks any sense of customer service skills or empathy. feels like they’re designed to make it hard to get care. my doctor is great so if you get lucky with a good one you can put up with it (what choice do we have in this broken system?) but if you have ANY other choice i recommend taking it

Having moved to Ontario from Quebec 2 years ago, i truly appreciate this medical clinic for everything they do for me. I found a family doctor with one phone call. The nurses are so sweet, my family doctor is very nice and understanding. The reception staff are welcoming and patient is very professional. Everything is organized so that i have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see my doctor. The online booking/messaging system is super efficient and they always get back to me very fast too. This is a different of night and day with my previous medical clinic in Quebec. People in Ontario really do not know how good they have it here. I am 100% satisfied with this clinic.

Doctors take their time, I don’t feel rushed out.

The laboratory nurses are highly experienced in taking bloodwork.
I’m normally nervous with needles, but they’re excellent here.

The only downside is that it could take a month for an appointment. I wish it could be faster.
