What a wonderful experience! Zan was great, talked us through everything made sure we were comfortable, pointed out a lot of sights along the way.

No phone number. Hard to contact anyone within this company. Flight was cancelled and nobody responding so that we can rebook a flight.
Emailed company to ask for a phone number so I can speak to someone instead of trading emails, no response
Was supposed to be a birthday surprise for July, now looking like we can’t rebook til September… Only one flight per day and they’re pretty much booked through til September now. Wonder how many others get

Credit card charged without even flying. Not impressed at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING!!

Very dissatisfied with this company. Lack of communication. No phone number, just email, which is very frustrating to try to get info from.
Do not book unless you plan on getting scammed $1600+ emailed me at 230pm , day of flight and cancelled on us. Emailed them back immediately to rebook a date in the same month as it is supposed to be a birthday gift and no response. Other than the date I have tried to rebook for they don’t have any other slots until September. Very disappointed in how this experience has gone.

Website stated that it was cash or credit . I preferred cash but was told and reassured that credit was best way and wouldn’t be charged u til flight occurred. They ended up charging my credit card and now I don’t even have a confirmed date to fly ..

Avoid unless you want to be disappointed

This is a wonderful, professional company. They will do their best to ensure you have an incredible experience. It is normal not to be able to guarantee the timing of hot air balloon flights as your pilots top priority will be safety. Cloud chasers were upfront about that and excellent at communicating with me, getting back to me within the hr! Our pilot was experienced and caring; our little three yr old felt safe and enjoyed it a lot! Flying over the scenic town of stratford before sunset on my husband's birthday was an unforgettable experience. Thanks Cloud Chasers! Highly recommend!!

Terrible experience with even trying to book a ride with Cloud Chasers. They take forever to get back to you when you try to contact them. They cancelled our flights twice within a month and were the least apologetic. They don't offer refunds, so God forbid your flight is cancelled, you will not get your money back . No contact information where someone is readily available to answer your calls or address your concerns. If you book a flight with them, expect a delay of 3-4 hours for a response. I dealt with Tascha Klomp, whom I found quite unorganized and no idea what her position even is. Bottom line is, if you want to go on a hot air balloon ride, this company should be the last company to book. Reach out to me and I will be happy to share my experience!

Great crew, great pilot, any questions we had we were answered right away! Zan even let us fly the balloon a little and get some great pictures of use using the burner!
Hands down worth it and would go again in a heartbeat!
