This is our second year, touring the Sidney area with Captain Ron of Sea King. We have always had a great time! This year we caught a fish, and did see porpoises and seals. We are a large family, who definitely have issues with motion sickness, but both half day cruises have been laid back and fun. Ron is a great host, and is very knowledgeable of the area.

Had an absolute blast with Captain Ron aboard the Sea King. A perfect outing for our family reunion. Ron is friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

I found Sea King adventures by accident while acting like a tourist in Victoria. A friend and I were wandering around a saw a sign that said Guaranteed whales today. We decided to go check it out. Next thing I knew we were booking an afternoon trip to see the whales. Captain Ron and his wife were so friendly and they took the time to explain how things were going to work. After getting geared up and going through all the safety precautions we were on our way. We truly enjoyed our adventure and Captain Ron was very knowledgeable of the surroundings and marine life in the area. the boat is smaller and not crowded so you get the feeling your out on a friends boat enjoying the day.

That was a couple years ago and I've been back multiple times taking friends and family that are visiting me from Ontario. On a couple occasions when Captain Ron was booked I did try others and although it was fun it just wasn't the same. Its more personal when the person driving the boat is standing right beside you telling you about the whales you are watching and its his business hes not hired by some company to take you out.

I would recommend SeaKing Adventures and Captain Ron (or uncle Ron) as my sister called him last summer when we went out, to every one and any one. It's been a 5 star adventure every time I've gone out with him even when the whales didn't want to co operate!

Best tore that we could of asked fore. We booked the tour the previous day. When we booked we did not know what to expect, none of us had ever been whale watching before, but captain Ron made it an amazing experience. We had 5 family members on board, and no one else signed up for that day, so it was just us. Before we left the dock, Caption Ron gave a lesson on how to safely move about the boat, when to do it, and what animals we would see and how to identify them. We saw two different humpback whales, and Ron got us to both of them before any other boats. We also saw the only sea otter in the area along with a bunch of sea lions. Ron who has been leading tours with his company for over 20 years and before that fished in the area clearly knew what he was doing. When we go back to Victoria next summer, we will deferentially take another tore with Sea King Adventures.

I took my husband on a whale watching trip with Captain Ron many years ago. This year I wanted to do something different for my son's 14th birthday and went straight to SeaKing Adventures again for whale watching. We really enjoyed it. His boat is great for an ocean adventure, and he and his wife are super friendly. Great memories with my son. If I ever want to go on a boating adventure I would always go with SeaKing.

Had a wonderful tour today! It was educational for our whole family. Our International students had the experience of a lifetime as Captain Ron took the time to slow down and explain about the local marine ecology. He has many years of experience and knows just where to position the boat for the best viewing. I would highly recommend this small local company.

Had friends from Italy looking to fish and whale watch while in Victoria on holiday. Read all the positive reviews about Sea King and suggested using them for their adventure. The family had a fantastic time, caught fish, saw whales ( Orcas, Humpbacks ) Seals, Sea Lions. Captain Ron was especially personable, they told me it was the highlight of their holiday. I highly recommend this operation if you are looking for this type outing and reasonably priced
