En lisant les avis sur TripAdvisor, l'hotel semblait très bien, mais en fait elle est juste ok. Ma chambre était propre, mais j'en aie rarement vue une aussi petite. Le lit n'était pas très confortable (du pour être changé) et j'avais une fenêtre donnant sur le corridor intérieur!? Il y bcp de chambre ainsi. Qui ouvre ses rideaux pour se faire voir du corridor intérieur? Ordinaire comme configuration! Pour une nuit c'est très bien, mais pour moi qui y est par affaire pour deux semaines, bof (j'ai changé d'hotel). Le prix est de plus trop élevé pour la qualité de chambre. Autre point peu pertinent, mais j'ai besoin de me vider le coeur, lorsque l'on change de canal a la télévision, il y a un délai de 5 sec entre chaque, c'est long trouvé une émission...||Le restaurant adjacent est très bien.

Je suis allé à une reception de marriage et la salle était très belle. La seule problème était que la musique d'une événement dans la salle près de nous était un peu forte. La nourriture était fantastique, sauf que c'était prête 30 minutes plus tard. La nourriture de la restaurant Firestone est une de les meilleures restaurants en Lethbridge!

A simple, no-frills hotel that works well for a short stay. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful and genuine service from the staff—they kindly helped us select a quiet room facing the back street, which we really appreciated.

While a few amenities were missing, such as a water kettle in the room or at the front desk, the restaurant was kind enough to provide hot water upon request. We also appreciated the use of actual porcelain mugs in the room, a nice touch compared to disposables often found in similar hotels.

One area for improvement is the toiletries. Despite promoting itself as a "green hotel" with bulk dispensers, we found single-use toiletries instead, which was disappointing.

The on-site restaurant is a definite plus, providing convenience during our stay. However, the hot tub is in need of attention—its peeling finish made it unappealing, and we chose not to use it.

Overall, it’s a decent option for a short visit, with some room for improvement in amenities and maintenance.

Amazing Service and Great Food – Highly Recommend!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. In particular, I had the pleasure of checking in with a trainee who was absolutely lovely. I later found out that I was the first guest he successfully checked in, and he did a fantastic job – it was such a charming experience!

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, even going so far as to make me their "Guest of the Day," which was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay even more memorable.

I also stopped by the hotel restaurant, and I have to say, the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. It's clear that they put a lot of care into both the quality of the meals and the overall guest experience.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Whether you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, great food, or simply exceptional service, this place ticks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be back!

The interior of the hotel itself is quite nice. We were promptly checked in upon arrival. Our first room had water damage and a lifted window sill which is in the photos below. I talked to front desk about it and they were happy to assign us a new room which we accepted. The new room was better, but there are some stains in the furniture and my fiancée had found a dead maple bug in the blanket. We decided to stay regardless. The beds are clearly old and worn, but I slept fine. In the morning, the blow dryer didn’t work, but front desk was able to get us a new one. There are a few small things I would improve which are having more than one coffee mug in a room with two, double beds, better cleans between stays, and update your stained carpets. We paid roughly $300 for two nights. Overall, it was expensive for the experience we received. I wouldn’t recommend this place to other travellers and I personally will not stay here again. The restaurant however was very delicious and I highly recommend it.

It's convenient that they offer dog-friendly rooms, however, they were worse than I expected. We stayed for three night with zero room servicing/cleaning.
The first day we returned and our room hadn't been serviced at all. I had to go to the front desk for more coffee, etc. The second day we put the "please clean/service" signage on our door handle and we still didn't receive any cleaning or service in our room. Very disappointing. Restaurant downstairs was not good either.

Coast Hotel hosted our company Christmas Party. The conference room had lots of space, set up nice. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it. The chef cut the roast beef at the end of the buffet. There was buns & butter, three salads, fancy mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans, ravioli in tomato sauce, turkey, stuffing, turkey gravy, beef gravy, cranberries, and some of the hottest horseradish I've ever had! Just Delicious!! Desserts were cheesecake, two chocolate cakes, a spicy carrot cake, and an assortment of mini frosted donuts. The service staff was great and cleaned away dishes fast. It's a great place to have a Christmas party!! .... the audio needed some help as the microphone malfunctioned several times during speeches. 😀
