How is this legal, while the world goes homeless.... This! Hotel staff are homeless in resort towns, service people are becoming homeless in major cities. Soon average government staff and police won't be able to afford a roof over their heads. Yet once it all falls apart it's these landlords that will be first to self destruct.

My stay here July 2021-present. I started out as a monthly guest. And turned out to be one of the caretakers very recently. And from my point of view. Anita is the best host I've had running B&B. Was only doing monthly rates for covid reasons. But now (for now) back to doing nightly/weekly/monthly. But i think anita prefers monthly.

Very excellent place. If i were to move out, I'll pretty much want to come back!

The reviews staying my host is "bad" are false. Unless you really made her mad. Please don't do that.

I highly recommend this place to everyone! Even the beds are comfy.

Wonderful landlords and a beautiful home. Made us feel welcome and at home immediately. All our needs were met and Anita(host) made herself available to us 24/7 in case anything came up. In our opinion, she goes above and beyond what is required of a landlord/host. We feel privileged to have been chosen as a tenant in this home.

My experience when I stayed in the house was great. The landlady and the people she had working for her were curious and very helpful. The place was clean and there were never any issues. The back deck was nice to sit on amd relax. I am going to be staying there when I return. Also there is a huge park and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet also.

Most dissapointing how the stay ended, we booked for a month. Discussed the stay and the first 3 weeks went fine, now that we have checked out it has been a nightmare trying to get refunded our deposit. We left the room clean and notified the owner we would be canceling our final week because of the conditions and the problems we were facing, now it's appearing like we will have yo get lawyers involved to go after our deposit after 5 days of being ignored for the return. Absolutely horrid experience.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First of all I can tell you right now that most of these reviews are fake made by fake accounts by the landlord. This place is dirty, flithy, and smells horrific. We walked in and it literally smelled like body odor and bologne. The furniture is very uncomfortable and the beds are hard. The only nice thing is the garden. The host Anita was very rude, scary looking and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable there at all. Everything is old and out dated, its like I was back in the 80s. Cheap landlord!

Please look at her other 1 star review and see her response to him. She is making fun of him for being Gay. Shame on you Anita. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The place that I stayed has a poor room conditions and all food ingredients were expired which is what Anita promised to do and needs to do so I chose to leave next day although I paid $350 as a deposit on Dec. 26th 2020 as a e transfer.  Also, the Room has a really bad smoking smell.

I know that Anita only does minimum of one week of rent ,but Anita never mentioned about keeping my deposit because of leaving early when I checked out on Jan.1st 2021 and on that day, she promised me to return my deposit. However, Anita blocked my phone calls and it's been a month that she didn't return my deposit back. I paid deposit as an equivalent of one week of stay. Therefore, I had to use my three friends' phone to contact her. However, she kept mentioning that I break contract of leaving early and not pay the rent while I stay there. I don't mind paying for one night fee but I would like remainder of deposit back after one night fee deduction.

I have all the chat and calling recorded history available. I have e transfer history too.
If anyone wants those, I can provide as an evidence.I just hope I can get my deposit back and move forward.
I will delete this review as soon as I get my deposit back.
I just want people to know that Anita is not reliable landlord.And hoping it doesn't happen to anybody who stay there although I don't get my money back. Lucifer is Same name as Anita. I just hope people don't get fool by that.

Reply back from poor broken English speaker Anita:I am a straight guy. Never changed gender or hit up on a guy lol I am not like you. Please learn more English. I can't fake this much long true story like you. I am just so speechless at your ignorant comment and filthy behavior.
I wouldn't have to do this much if you pay some deposit back.
Shame on you. Yes, cops should be there to get my $350 deposit back. I don't know how much you are going to get rich with $350 deposit but yeah take it.
