My experience with Connect Canada was very bad. this company is a fraud,please think before giving them money. once they take your money, you will not get it back. In my case, they took my money but did not do any work when I asked for my money back, they became rude. owner is arrogant and shouted at us when we asked for a refund. whenever we called, their accountant lady kept saying she needed to talk to the owner, but in almost nine months she never spoke to him. they wasted our time, our money, and our case. i do not recommend this company to anyone.

This is Ramil, i applied for my h and c through connect canada in year 2023 i paid $10000 canadian dollars from my hard earn money to them . I borrowed all the payment of $10,000 from my employer and it took 16 months to me to repay back the money to my employer. Only i know how hard it was for me to arrange the money. they took all money before submission, for money they call me again and again send messages and force you to pay always use rude tone for payment. After submission of my application they never pick my call and not give call back which is very bad i paid payment so it is their duty to give me proper updates. After no updates from year 2023 they informed me about my refusal in year 2025 when i ask for a refund from santosh (owner) he yell at me and not understand my stress and problems he should give me mental support at that time but he shows his attitude and disrespects me he keep saying i will return payment in breakdowns in many months.

I paid all payment in the one time so they should also refund me the same way. From $10,000 he just refunded me $2000 which is not fair. One of my friend told me that they never take full payment before submission they keep some part of payment after approval but in my case they forced me to pay all payment before submission which is not fair and they not tell me about payment terms. Also santosh promised me i will get open work permit within 3 months which i did not get till the date and he guaranteed me approval for h and c application within 20 months. He was misleading me in all last 3 years and made false promises. Santosh and his staff has no respect for the clients. Santosh has no emotions he never understand feelings of clients he is just behind the money. I was begging for my own money in front of him but he did not care. My family is in back home and i never visited them in last year 10 years i am the one who support the family and santosh is not ready to give proper refund. From $10,000 just refund of $2000 is not good i deserve more refund. I posted about this situation in my philipines community and no one is going to use there services. Connect canada people behave good with you only before taking money once you pay them they will not care about your application.

2022 October i give 6000 Qatar riyal for my new Zealand visa process - until now nothing happened. Now they are not replay by email. All contact number i try to call them. But any number is not connecting. Now i realized completely i am cheat by them. I lost my 6000 Qatar riyal.
So dear all please stop trust this kind of fake people and migration team. Specially Connect migration dubai.
