Sure it's a nice place & nice staff but the only thing that's so annoying is people keep smoking in this building & the vents smell so gross they need to clean them out.. people need to understand & be respectful towards other that don't smoke or do drugs theres kids in here that probably have breathing problems .. its not hard to smoke outside that's so lazy of most people that come here thinking it's ok ..only putting 5 stars so people can see this

Disappointed and upset with the customerservice on getting a room, when I lived at the continental inn for quite some time had my child living there with me most of the time as well. Never really ever got complaints, kept it clean, organized and never tried to bother them lol was always friendly n whatever too complete thumbs down lol but now that I think of it I should've done the complaining. Always running around with my head cut off....not literally lol but yeah Kind of concerning, and definitely would have this place looked into with a fine tooth comb. Definitely human trafficking going on there. Now that I think about the events that have occurred over the period of time that I did stay there. Yeah, pretty questionable. I didn't think i was a problem. Honestly. But now I definitely do.

Honestly would be great if you could make this right. Definitely have a conversation with me and sort out my concerns. And honestly you'll have that place running fine in no time. But if not then Goodluck with your business cause I sure was a good tenant. Lol. And you guys were what I thought good to my son and I too. But very quiet.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! We came to Canada from Utah to visit a loved one in the hospital. My mom had arranged for us to stay with her with my service dogs. Upon arrival, the lady at the counter sent the security guard up to tell us to come down as our pets were not allowed in the room we were in. This was after approval was given by Alex, the general manager, and they had moved my mom into that room to accommodate us. The lady at the counter was yelling and then proceeded to argue with us. We had driven 16 hours and were tired with a loved one in critical condition in the hospital. She continued to state she was just doing her job, and nothing was noted on my mom's account. She then tried to call a different manager who knew nothing of the approval to get approval. Why not call the original general manager who already authorized it. Needless to say, we made other arrangements the next day but upon coming to get our things they tried to charge us an extra $150 dollars and have us leave as pets could not be in that room. I gave this place a one as the customer service was so unkind, communication was zero, it smelled like marijuana, tons of bums crowded the lobby and front enterence. On the plus side, the restaurant and rooms were decent. I will never stay here or recommend anyone else to.

Very clean rooms. Comfy beds, and the breakfast was good. Easy check in and check out. The Lady working early morning was very polite, and friendly and got myself as well as another friend checked into our rooms quickly.

I had noticed another review from someone saying how highly they were mistreated because of being indigenous. I as well I am a native woman, I'm not afraid to say it. And I was treated very nicely, and the staff were very helpful. There is an assortment of people working on the staff, so I personally haven't experienced any racial issues.
Keep up the good work staff!

I like their games room. It’s nice and clean. The bartender staff is not the friendliest but the security guard Danny is awesome

Amazing place for a private event, with great price, delicious food/buffet, amazing service. The Manager Yurii was always available for any request also checking in all the time if everything is fine. Very very accomodated all our needs. The best place for private events! Will go again and again

felt very unsafe at this hotel, and we also were being kicked out because we blocked a fire alarm with a cloth bc of the little light and they assumed we were smoking without us giving them an explanation. very prejudice and rude those cleaning people, especially when there are probably people doing drugs next door in their rooms. very disappointed
