We have been dealing with the Co-operators in Taber for many years. They have always looked after our needs. Anytime we had any questions or concerns or changes they were extremely quick and responsive .
Mostly dealt with Christie Clarke and she was awesome. Had a few dealings with Margie Reimer as well in the last few months and she was also wonderful to deal with.

The service isn't too bad. This company should hold on to Margie and there other associates. But I had some rough instances. One they never asked me to put me and my wife on the same auto insurance, so I can get a discount. They were going to increase my insurance by 80 dollars a month, until I found out and switched to another insurance. My wife got into a accident and was able to get it written off and some money for the week, it took 3-4 months to get the money. Between the bank and insurance company couldn't find where the money was sent. So while my wife's bills were piling up and she could have use this money she had to wait. While a business who I would think would have enough money to give to my wife until and figure out the transaction without my wife waiting. All I have now is auto insurance and can't wait to go with another company.
