Honestly worst experience I have ever had getting something shipped to me. A $1000 e-bike was mislabeled and put onto the wrong truck. I now am sitting here with no bike and no answers back. Worst part is, the delivery driver had shown up with a package with my name on it that wasn’t my bike! Lmaoooo, that’s absolute jokes. Would give 0 stars if I could. Hopefully the bike shows up tmrw like they wanna claim on the phone earlier before I’ve been ghosted.

Def not best place to try an get employment with them eather,had my hopes up,they asked for a drivers abstract an then next day i was told i was not approved,what was the point in askin for the abstract that costed me money then to say oh no we dont want you,leaves a bad impression for a work place.

Terrible! Scheduled a delivery (not to my residence) for a Friday between 11am and 2 pm. County Transport phoned to tell me they couldn’t make the delivery on the Friday but would deliver on the Thursday instead between 9 and 5. After being told I had to be present to accept the delivery, I rearranged my plans and left at 7 am so I could make the hour and half drive and be present at the delivery location by 9. I waited all day without the delivery arriving. When I called County Transport about this I was told that my delivery “did not make the truck that morning” and a message had been left on my cell phone at 11 am. Unfortunately I was already at the delivery location and did not have cell service to get the message. No apology was even offered.

The delivery agent who showed up yesterday was very friendly and hard working. He delivered my hot tub from Costco and had a fantastic attitude. I forgot his name unfortunately but thank you to him!

They just dropped off a king-sized bed from MDG and told me that the skid is part of the packaging. Called the office and she flopped from "we don't take it" to "they told us to". Some of us can't just toss a large skid in the garbage can, and the driver said it's how big stuff get's delivered now...LOLOL *facepalm*.

I used County Courier in a bind to send various parcels from 2 locations in Toronto to PEC. From the time I inquired; I got a very competitive, economical quote, to the quick pick up time, and next day smooth delivery- the service was excellent, professional and communication was superb. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them. Special thanks to Chady for all his help with this, I really appreciate it.

Service is HORRIBLE! i had to use these bozos as they are the sub contractor for FEDEX in the Kawartha Lakes. This is the SECOND time this company has screwed up my package delivery...the first time is was lost, then after days of calling they FINALLY found it after FEDEX called them. The second time it was just as pathetic...Because i am forced to use their service when i call FEDEX, i will be using Purolator from this point on.

Left parcel at top of closed off ice covered stairs 2days before christmas. Parcel damaged severly. Huge risk attempting to even retrieve. Sadly important christmas gifts ruined.
