I don't have words to describe how amazing the manager is. She helped me be able to get my vehicle by working with me and the fines. So much love for this company! They're willing to work with you if you work with them to get your vehicle.

My vehicle that was not insured due to not being road worthy was stolen. County Towing is the company that received the RCMP retrieval contact.
I now have to sign my vehicle over to them as I do not have there towing fee plus the four day storage fee until I can arrange to drive 1 hr to where they are located.
Not willing to work out a deal until I can retrieve the vehicle and not willing to purchase it for scrap prices either.
Very disappointed and sickened that I get robbed of property and they forced me into ownership transfer with no remorse.

I was pulled over on the road not sure what was wrong with my car, the owner happened to be driving by & pulled over to see if I needed assistance, then offered to have a look at my car in the shop as it was nearby. He jacked up the car and released the jammed parking brake ( the problem) and sent me on my way no charge. So grateful for such a kind gesture on a dark and snowy drive home! Will definitely call these guys again!
