Our rooms were very nice—clean, well-kept, and the bathroom was also nice. However, I was disappointed to find that the mini lotion bottle had already been used and had hair on it. That’s super gross. It would be nice if they provided a new one for each night.

The hotel itself is decent. It would definitely be better if they offered free breakfast and room service. We needed a place to stay that wasn’t too expensive for two nights, and the price wasn’t bad at all.

The AC unit, though, was so loud 😫 — thankfully, my boys managed to sleep through it.

Next time, I’d bring my own bed sheets and pillow. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

The room has carpet , but it's smells a bit. The rest of everything is great. Car parking is not free 12$ per day. Pool is there but always rented by British swim company , so always sharing . Pool size literally small with sharing

Stayed for one night while on a family trip. Our rooms on the 9th floor were good, clean and new. The lobby is nice, and the bistro food was way better than in other Courtyards I stayed. Overall this is a good standard Courtyard with a lot of parking and great service, both at the reception and the bistro.

A good welcome and a nice room. My spouse was almost scalded as the temperature of the water climbed quickly. A brief investigation revealed that all taps in our room and the room beside could not give cold water. Our thanks to the front desk person who let us into the second room to give it a try. We are loyal Marriott Platinum folks. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was part of the volleyball going on at Rim Park this past weekend. The front desk personal were fast and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had dinner in the Bistro Saturday night, the young gentleman was so very friendly, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Well located near lots of restaurants and shopping.|Huge parking lot.||Very nice staff, helpful and pleasant. Good room, clean and very quiet. Room had dated coffee machine, everything else brand new.||Large lounge/eating area at entrance. Starbucks on site in the morning.

Clean and nice decor in easy to access location. Nice rooms. Bistro staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Unfortunately, overall service was not great. 1 - kindly asked at front desk for a blanket on first night which was to be brought to my room, after more than 30 mins returned to front desk and was taken to housekeeping where the housekeeping staff was playing on his phone. 2 - Pool was murky throughout and closed on day 3 of our visit. 3 - left item in room after check out (my mistake), called hotel and offered to pay for it to be shipped but housekeeping was not available to confirm so I left a message. No one called me back the next day as promised, called again and was told by desk manager that housekeeping said item was not in room (I told them exactly where I had left it and explained that my tracking showed it was at the hotel). Asked for manager to call me the next day including a follow up with corporate, it has been over 48 hours and no return call.

Other than the bistro staff and person during check-in, the service at this Marriott location (or lack thereof) presents a significant opportunity for improvement. Strengthening communication strategies would be a great starting point.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Kitchener from Sunday night, but unfortunately, my room did not receive any housekeeping services during my stay. On Tuesday, I inquired about this issue and was assured that it would be addressed. However, by Wednesday afternoon, my room still hadn't been cleaned. When I called the front desk again, I was told that the housekeeping team was too busy to attend to my room.

While the hotel's cleanliness and amenities are generally well-maintained, the lack of housekeeping service was a significant letdown. It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve communication and ensure that guests are informed about any housekeeping limitations or delays at check-in.
