La chambre est confortable mais la position de la TV n'est pas a son meilleur lorsque vous etes au lit, mais le reste est parfait. Il y a peu de place au restaurant, mais la nourriture y est bonne. Plusieurs clients ne respectent pas la consigne de porter un masque dans les zones publiques et le personnel ne les avise pas; ce qui est choquant. Si on met une politique en place, il faut la faire respecter. Tres bruyant le matin et beaucoup de trafic.

Nous avons séjourné à cet hotel pendant la période des fêtes 2014 et avons pris le forfait romance. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'accueil chaleureux des employés. La chamber était parfaite et très proper. Nous avons recue champagne, fruits et chocolat chaque jour. Nous avions aussi un très copieux déjeuner inclus qui était fabuleux. Nous y retournerons certainement. Un exenllent choix d'hôtel en couple ou en famille.

I’ve stayed at the Courtyard Edmonton West many times, and it’s always a great experience! The free wine night on Wednesdays from 5–7 PM is such a nice touch—the lobby has an amazing vibe, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the service is phenomenal—the staff consistently go above and beyond. My only suggestion would be to have daily room cleaning instead of every other day, but that’s a small thing compared to everything else this hotel does right.

December 2024||My daughter and I stayed for one night in a king bed room. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. ||The pool was open until midnight which was nice to have that later time to enjoy a soak. The pool is quite small and shallow though at only 4ft deep. We only used the hot tub, it was nice and big.||The front desk staff were very friendly, and I thought it was a very nice touch that I was remembered and called by name. We were given water bottles upon check in which was also appreciated. I was offered a late check out so we could enjoy our breakfast without having to hurry to be out of our room.||The lobby is a nice set up with lounge chairs you can sit and watch tv. There is also a lobby bar, we had breakfast there.||I did enjoy our stay and found this to be one of the better hotels in the area depending on what your needs are. I wouldn't recommend if you have kids wanting to swim simply because the pool is so small. I did have to park quite a ways down and walk through an icy parking lot with my luggage because my key cards got deactivated so couldn't use the side door that was closer to get in and out. Other than that it was a good stay.

As a loyal Marriott guest, I’ve stayed at numerous properties, but I’ve never encountered anything like this. My colleague and I simply wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal we’d brought, and do some work in the lobby dining room – which, mind you, was completely EMPTY. To our surprise, we were told we had to eat in our room, with no explanation other than that. It’s baffling that such a basic request was denied, especially when the space was available. The lack of flexibility and hospitality in this situation was incredibly disappointing. This experience was far from the high standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott.

Two star because the room was okay.

0 stars for the food. The breakfast made was absolutely terrible. Paid over 20 for a meal. It literally came overcooked eggs and potatoes. They really need to evaluate there chef. Didn't even eat it. I'd say don't even bother and go down the street.
