Solid downtown stay with nice amenities.
Enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms are fairly new and kept clean. The pools are a great feature (though they get very busy - go early if you want peace!). The downtown location is perfect for walking to restaurants/shops, but note the area does have a visible homeless population. The free water bottles were a nice touch!

Good value for a convenient downtown base, just manage expectations about pool crowds and the immediate neighborhood environment.

My partner and I stayed and had a wonderful experience. We came from Vancouver on the Hullo ferry, and the location was very convenient - just a short walk from the Hullo ferry shuttle stop and close to everything we needed. The room was quiet, beautifully decorated with a modern touch, and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the coffee and amenities provided - they were excellent. The quality exceeded our expectations, and we were both very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect stay (except for the Starbucks breakfast)

We loved our stay at the hotel! The jacuzzi was super hot (in the best way!) and the water felt amazing. Everyone treated us so kindly and everything was super clean. The bed was insanely comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. Also, having a microwave in the room was such a nice surprise — very practical!

The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. We paid extra thinking it would be more complete — maybe with juice or some fruit — but it was more like a Starbucks-style breakfast. You could only pick one item and a Starbucks coffee (which we honestly don’t like at all). For the price, we expected something a bit more special.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel in August 2025. The service was good, the hotel is very new, the rooms are spacious and clean. The gym is nice, has cardio and weights. The location is fantastic, in the middle of downtown. The food of their restaurant is also quite good. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The employees were so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. Room and the lobby is very clean. Food at the bistro was freshly made and had a booth with a tv.

Need to pay $9 for parking but I didn’t experience any homeless people as highlighted in some reviews.

Easily goes beyond its 3 star rating. Highly highly recommend!

Just stayed here this past weekend and everything was above and beyond. Room was beautiful and immaculately clean. I had made a note in my reservation just saying my son and I were on a little vacation in case there was anything they could pop in the room (expecting maybe a couple chocolates or something) and they left the most thoughtful care package I could imagine. We cannot wait to stay here again. Excellent service, comfy clean rooms, and a great location. Will be back!

Updating - when I first completed this I thought I was writing it for out stay in Chilliwack.

Check in was terrible - waited over an hour for our room to be ready. Usually when that happens the front desk does a room check with housekeeping and asks them to go there next. Not the case here. We sat and waited for well over an hour while a huge line up formed for check in. Huge leak in foyer with water pouring down from the ceiling. Parking in across the street in a public garage, next morning someone was sleeping next to our truck and we had to step over the person to get into the vehicle.

Beds were likely the worst I have slept in for a Marriott hotel, I am a titanium elite member so I stay in hotels a lot. This seems silly but the toilet paper ( well bring your own as it is like sand paper)- we actually went and bought some. This looks to be a relatively new hotel.

My account status usually gives me free breakfast or a welcome give. Here you got a $10 coupon toward breakfast- not remotely comparable to other Marriott hotels and there was no welcome

The location was good - close to the waterfront and walkability was good. The view was also pretty decent. We would not stay there gain.
