What makes this hotel stand out is not only the property (excellent large gym) but truly the team that represents it!

I’ve stayed here several times on business and it starts with Mr. Manuel Sanchez, Front office Leader - he represents incredible people skills, service, treats his team with such respect and truly leads, coaches. Invaluable!

His colleague, Valentina, is an extension of Mr. Sanchez, warm, friendly, accommodating and high service oriented. I had several service requests, she assisted me, chatted and we shared a few laughs.

Spent a few evenings in the restaurant, was looked after by Zayda, a very personable young woman who made me feel comfortable, was very genuine and you could tell she enjoyed looking after all patrons - gem of a spot. Good drinks and food to pair with her service!

I travel all over the world for work and stay in both Hilton and Marriott hotels. This is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit. The gym is nice, the service is always above my expectations, the rooms are clean and modern. I eat there and have never been disappointed. The Wifi works very well even on my heavy security laptop. The only downside which isn’t the hotels fault is the area. Prince George has a drug problem and you can sometime hear people screaming at night. So one star less for location. Looking forward to seeing you again next year!

The hotel is amazing. It’s one of my favourite places to stay when I’m in Prince George. Underground parking makes me feel like my vehicle is secure. It’s close to some great restaurants throughout the downtown core and the convention center.|Not a fan of the restaurant. I find the service extremely slow. This morning I stood at the counter, waiting for a tea, and the server was behind the counter partially in the kitchen and for about seven minutes, didn’t make eye contact with me. They knew I was there, but they didn’t make eye contact which is normal for past experiences in the same restaurant .

I had a great stay at the Courtyard Prince George. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. What really stood out, though, was the service—especially Pearl at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me when I got sick, and her care and kindness made all the difference. Excellent hotel and top-notch service!

Had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard. Underground secure parking for $5/night. On-site restaurant/lounge with small menu for breakfast and dinner hours. Walking distance to some restaurants and other coffee shops. Well equipped fitness center.

room was nice, however there was someone's big caterpillar eyelash extension on the ground next to the nightstand in my room. told the front desk and they didn't seem to care and asked if someone could come clean the room again but i didn't want anyone in there. as well, the fridge in the room only has on or off settings and it froze all my food in there so i had to throw it out and buy food at the bistro for breakfast.

Our go to stay!!!! Great staff and clean, quiet rooms. The Bistro has fantastic food with healthy options. We look forward especially to seeing Jessica Hainstock every year at the Bistro. A shout out to her as an amazing, efficient, accommodating and friendly server. We always look forward to staying at the Courtyard in Prince George. Thankyou,|Kevin and Shanley Hodges 😊
