We had an amazing weekend getaway with friends at this little piece of paradise. The cabin was clean and ready for us to easily settle into when we arrived. Dave was a fantastic, welcoming and accommodating host, who checked in with us each day to make sure all was well with our stay. And each time he popped by, we enjoyed immensely the conversations and listening to his loving commitment to this land. ||The rustic cabins have full amenities (save wifi... which is perfect), wood fire places, outdoor firepits, picnic tables and stellar views of the valley it sits within. There are hot tubs and a beautiful sauna. |We don't have small kids anymore, though Cozy Cabins is the perfect place to take a family, no matter how old your kids are. Plenty of ways to spend time together in actual connection and real conversation, without the distraction of devices. |This is the place to book to listen to the sounds of nature, star gaze, nature walk or truly connect with yourself, loved ones and friends. It is the place to come to remember how to rest, relax, rejuvenate and restore.|Our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay. We will definitely be back. |||

What a little oasis snuggled in beautiful mountains! Such a lovely, relaxed time with the two young kids. This place is highly recommended especially for families!! The cabins feel like home away from home, you are provided with everything you might need. The owners do an amazing job to provide a place where one can unwind, unplug and reconnect with nature. Tons of wildlife to enjoy! Grab a paddle board or kayak and feel the stress be released as you explore the serene lake. Trust me - you won’t regret it!!

Cozy Cabins is an AMAZING place! Beautiful, rustic cabins nestled perfectly in a fairy tale-like setting. We stayed in the Deer cabin which is the oldest and most picturesque. It's like going back in time while still having basic modern amenities. Earl and Candi are awesome hosts, very friendly, and have a wealth of knowledge of the area, wildlife hikes etc.. We made good use of the complementary kayaks and row boats which the small, private lake is perfect for! Our whole family loved it and we are looking forward to making Cozy Cabins an annual getaway.

We spent 3 days at the resort. I brought my 2 kids and my wife the kids are 11 and 13. We had an absolute blast. The Frisbee golf course was lots of fun. The views are incredible. We spent time swimming in the lake and it was much warmer than I thought it would be.

The cabins are exactly what we hoped for. Set up to meet any expectations while still giving the feel of being away from it all.

Lately camping with trailers at camping locations they pack so many people in you are basically sitting with one tree between the next camp site and yours. This is not the case at cozy cabins. Lots of space it really is amazing.

What a lovely location to have a vacation. Turn off the cell phone and relax! We enjoyed a walk around the lake and many forest adventures. It was a delight to find the goats and hens and to see the owners wife milking the goat! What a fun experience! The boats were so fun and gave a great experience on the water. Best of all we made new friends! Loved our time! Highly recommend.

We just returned from a fabulous weekend at Elk Cabin! We were greeted by Dave #2 who gave us the low-down and assured us we could bother him day or night. This was not needed as the cabin was perfect with everything we needed and some extra touches (I particularly liked that there was coffee and filters if needed). The property is amazing and so peaceful - we explored, paddled, fed the chickens, admired the many, many butterflies and enjoyed charcuterie feasts on the shore of the lake. We didn’t try out the hot tubs or sauna or swimming as the water is still pretty chilly, but definitely will next time as we have found a new place for our ladies retreats! It is clear that Dave #1 and his family are passionate about their new business and providing a great experience for their guests. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic cabin resort with the perfect amount of disconnectedness from daily distractions. The cabin (Beaver) was cozy and perfect for a family. We enjoyed the separate dining table and sitting area and took advantage of the large covered porch. The beds were very comfortable. Our time here was very relaxing with wood fired sauna and hot tubs. The property host helped us with any needs we had during our stay including fresh eggs from the coop.

Just spent the weekend in Cougar cabin and everything about it was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and our own private hot tub on the deck! |The new owner was fantastic- extremely friendly and passionate about all the upgrades he is doing around the property. The new wood fired sauna and hot tubs are incredible! It was very refreshing to have someone who is into it for the lifestyle, not the profit. |I cant wait to go back!|||
