The property and surrounding nature is incredible. If you have a large group I would definitely recommend staying here. There are plenty of rooms and space for everyone and places were you can play games or have a quiet spot to relax. There is beach access and beautiful views from the house. There is even a hammock to chill in. Our group was blown away by the view and the property and we really enjoyed every second of being here. There are hot tubs, sauna and a cold plunge bucket. Breathtaking is the best way to describe this place. There is also all this local art decorating the walls that you can purchase and many of us picked out a favourite to remember the place.
Ritchard was very responsive and ensured we had all we needed. He was understanding when our arrival time was shifted and was quick to fix any problem (like the hot water not working the morning of our elopement - he was on it and fixed the problem in no time).

A truly magical location on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Craidelonna captures the wildness and beauty of its surroundings while offering comfort, relaxation and serenity. A great place to experience - we will certainly be returning.

We happened upon this wonderful place while adventuring Vancouver Island for the first time. Ritchard was so welcoming and my family felt right at home. Everything from the caring details of housekeeping to the maintenance of the property end amenities were beyond perfection! Eating plums right from the tree after the sauna was pure bliss! This is definitely one of those happy places that left a sparkle in my heart and I will most definitely be returning in the coming years. 💖

One of the most beautiful views and places I have stayed . I studied hospitality and tourism and was a flight attendant in the Caribbean for 10 years and this place reminded me of somewhere down south !

Richard , the guest caretaker was absolutely beautiful and made my Easter experience ! I was travelling solo that day , and he made my holiday extra special

I stayed in the nest suite, with the view from the top !

I loved my suite so much !!! The jacuzzi tub was super suite , sunset and sunrise were glorious , as was the hot tub and Yerba mate tea session !

It was a holiday to remember for ever 💕🙏🏽

I think I could have done an entire photo shoot there .. and hope to come baby one day and stay in the sunset room , that tub looked delicious !! 😇😜

Great cottage. I would recommend this to any large group who wants to experience the island. The location is awesome food isn’t too far away but the cottage has everything and I mean literally everything you will need to feast well.

The service is top notch, we had an issue with the water and it was fixed and had the person working over night to do so.

I highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying here for a few days for my cousin's wedding!
Ritchard was BEYOND amazing, I mean, wow, what a host and what an absolute gem of a human being! I literally cannot say enough good things about him; people like him are a rare commodity, that's for certain.

The lodge was absolutely stunningly beautiful! Gorgeous views all around and if you're lucky like us, you'll see eagles soaring by every morning. Just WOW!

I highly recommend this place to everyone for any and all occasions.
