They are not helpful, they do not understand people dealing with c-ptsd, ptsd, current or past traumas, they have zero bed side manners when dealing with someone struggling, they would clock in hours and get paid when they never showed up to help. The workers do not help nor give any further information on their bosses or who we can talk to to resolve issues. They will say unhinged things and go back on what they said, they close their entire office on days they is scheduled respite.... if I could them less than 1 star I would, they don't deserve one star for the lack of professionalism and or courtesy. I have 3 years in dealing with this so called organization and the lack of their " professional help and services" so I think it's safe to give them a rating after they have successfully show nothing but incompetence with me, my children and now when we needed their help more than anything. Complete lack of professionalism. I doubt they have any training in mental health and or counseling from the way they have done any sort of work with myself... okay so speaking with someone who's actually trained in mental health and wellness within two days we figured out it was my ptsd and I was sent into surviveal mode, how this office treated me and how they acted shows me without a doubt they have NO training in mental health, they did everything wrong and not one single thing correct, ill be making sure these workers are properly trained because this was a life changing event that made so much worse with their lack of professionalism and training in mental health.
