I must say Crestwood Motel is totally off the chart. Speaking of cleanliness “The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making that one night very comfortable like I was in a hotel. Not to mention that wonderful lady at the front desk she was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived… I highly recommend this motel weather for your little weekend getaway or just somewhere to rest, clear your head and be comfortable

I needed somehwere to lay my head. I literally had nowhere to go for the night.

I was able to book without a credit card, and the process was quite simple.

I’m glad I was able to book so easily.

Older lady manager was very kind, and found me a nice warm room for the night.

Would recommend for last minute booking.

Arrived at 11pm and told no room. 15 min later they found a room. Wanted $100 CASH deposit. Not communicated.||Room stunk of smoke. Wanted non-smoking. Have to wash my clothes as they stunk. No pillows, only 2 throw cushions! Bed bugs? and they don't have to change them. Disgusting.No shampoo. At Check out time to get deposit back, Clerk asked if I had everything out of room. I thought he asked if room ok. I started to say many things need improvement. He called me an axxz-hole, entitled bastard and a few other terms. I said nothing but he and the woman who checked me in chimed in and they kept going. A terrible example of human nature.

We booked a room on Friday August 2. When we checked into the room, the smell of chemicals was so overwhelming we did not unpack and went straight back to the check in desk. We asked for another room and they could not accommodate us. They also refused to return our money despite the fact that the room was uninhabitable and we were leaving after having been in the room for under 90 seconds. The service was terrible and the room was unacceptable. The Crestwood Motel is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The bed was stiff, had hairs in it and it didn't look as if the sheets were clean. We stayed for two nights and by the end of my stay I had to throw out my socks because the floor was that dirty, it had turned them a dark brown. Same thing with the bathroom, I suggest you bring sandals to shower in if you don't want to be barefoot. We also had a stack of red solo cups on top of the mini fridge but they weren't even packaged. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing. We couldn't get comfortable due to the filth in the room and I didn't even sleep in the sheets. I wasn't convinced they clean every room after other people's stays.

Discrimination came to visit a friend who had been having a really tough time lately since her grandmothers passing soon as I stepped out of vehicle before taking more then few steps I was shocked by yelling and screaming coming from the patio took me by such surprise I almost fell over

Rooms haven't been updated in over 10+ years. Cleaners think they own the place. Rooms lack closet and drawer to put anything away in and the two they have are so small it's ridiculous. Cable sucks, half the channels don't come in and the ones that do scramble like crazy. No phone, no sink and wifi comes and goes whenever it feels like it.
