draps pas propre .
ils ont etè retourner mais pas changé.
la literie laisse a désirer et les serviettes manquent de dètachant.
il a fallu insister a la reception pour en avoir un set en vrac. a default de repassé.
Les meubles et Murs sont a renover .la robineterie un peu oxide... cela n'est pas vraiemnt genant si une caution de 500$ c'était pas exigè a la reception.
bref . un hotel de passage ou le neon. les pailettessemblent en fin de courses.
la reception semble avoir des prejugès raciaux ou misogyne.
je ne recommande pas ..
les horaires petits dejeuné ne sont pas adaptés aux voyageurs du matin avant 6h30..

Hôtel bien situé. Bon service. Excellent service de navette gratuit à l'aéroport. ||Petit déjeuner servi, mais pas de fruits malheureusement, Les chambres sont grandes, propres et confortables. Cet endroit est situé près de quelques restaurants intéressants. Près d'un centre de location d'autos.

I had stayed here a few years ago but I believe they changed owners It was a great place to stay but not now. The price is good but the front desk guy, maybe the manager not sure was extremely unfriendly. I had to ask to have the TV turned on, remote didn't work. Then in the remote the volume didn't work but then he said to use the the buttons underneath the TV. Very inconvenient if you can't see well like me. I didn't know how to turn on heat then found out you had to turn on the fireplace for heat, and it works well though. What I mean for an unfriendly desk clerk was every time I asked for help it was such an inconvenience for him. He would roll his eyes and huffed when I asked him something. He tried to be professional but his attitude was not. My room also had a bed taken out but they left the headboard in place and put a table in front of it. It was not an appealing room, actually very tacky. Just what I went through when staying there. The location is great with an on time shuttle to the airport. That was the highlight of this hotel.

Отель понравился. Мы бронировали на одну дату, но не смогли доехать из-за погоды. Написали в отель и нам бесплатно переделали на другую дату. Комната большая, есть газовый камин, тепло и уютно. Цена и предложение полностью соответствует. В общем остались очень довольны. Один совет отелю. Нужно дополнить зарядной станцией для подзарядки электроавтомобилей на 6,2 киловатт и тогда всё будет ещё лучше. За этим будущее.

First this is a very economical hotel, room is decent however on the last two occasions I listened to people talking/fighting through most of the night, obviously not he most restful. And they offer a free breakfast. It is free but there really is not much there, I had a look then went to Mcds.||Despite the good price I will not be back, I used it mostly for when I had a flight out or in.

Older room. No microwave (only in lobby). Breakfast only after 6:30 a.m. which is not early enough for an airport service hotel. Room was way too close to the main enterence and elevator which kept us up all night. Phone ringing non stop in lobby and heard everyone walking to lobby from all hours due to airport flights. Shuttle service and being able to leave our car there for the week for a fee was the reason for 3 stars. Low cost budget for the night, but you pay for it with a bad night's sleep.
