CSN chetwynd did the repairs after a deer encounter. Waited ~3 months before they could take my car, at which point they said approx. 5 days for the repairs. Took 16 days. This is all understandable, they are busy, and they did a good job on the outside. But they neglected to put back the engine air intake cover under the hood and say they apparently have not touched my door, which is now missing the little screw cover on the passenger side armrest. They also ask to sign the papers saying you are satisfied with the repairs, BEFORE you have taken a look at your car. Could be because they are just too busy to properly do a final look before pushing cars out the door, but I would be cautious before you take your vehicle here. If you have no other options, be real thorough and take photos of before/after repairs in any areas they might work on.

Hit a deer heading to fort st john, which caused some damage to my front passenger bumper. I got an appointment within 2 months. Repair took about 10 days. The car was beautifully detailed as well, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend

Staff were very helpful and nice, i’ve never dealt with icbc before, but Nicole helped me through most of it. And the body shop stafff did a good job on fixing up my truck too, looks as good as new!

CNS Chetwynd did a great job repairing my jeep after hitting a deer. There were a few hiccups. Not enough courtesy cars for Roadstar but that was a minor inconvenience as had another vehicle to drive. It was a couple of months to wait to get in but ICBC gives you two years. The staff were very nervous ce and it was a pleasure to have the repair done locally with a great team.

My truck looks pretty again!!! The Chetwynd branch had my truck done in just over a month from the day of the estimate. They also sent it to a mechanic as I asked to be sure everything was fixed to “before accident” state. I am VERY happy with their work ethic and workmanship!
