Belle ambiance, si vous aimez le bruit des arcades. Nous avons tout de même bien manger, menu du genre burger/ ailes. Endroit familiale ou pour jeunes adultes pour se rencontrer et prendre un verre. Il y a 3 salles à manger (à l'écart loin de l'action/ dans la zone bar/ salles a manger avec les écrans géants pour écouter le sport!! Un peu cher pour ce que nous avons manger, mais notre garçon était bien content de sa soirée.

Great atmosphere and front desk employee Mia, wish I could say the same with the servers and the terrible food here.

Ordered a classic of fish and chips, barely any fish mostly just oily fried batter and no tarter sauce, on a classic no tarter sauce?!?! The fries we're cold and hard literally frozen and refrozen it tasted. They had good fries back when I came in November 2024 which is the reason why I enjoy the food here but even the service went downhill where I think the server was annoyed at me for asking for lemons or other sauces to substitute for a classic tarter sauce menu item.

Other than the food that went downhill and the service, nevermind the speed of service. The games offered was probably the only highlight of the night.

Have visited this location twice in the last month. The service on the second visit was exceptional, but it was also a very quiet Sunday night just after this past snowstorm.

The staff was courteous and professional. The food was good enough, very quick service. Food was very reasonably priced.

The games are a little pricey, in my opinion, but the kids adore it. I'd recommend this place to friends looking for a fun, relatively quick outing that can include dining in or not.

I came with my wife for her best friends birthday party, and i must say i was blown away by the quality of food and the drinks that were served. The staff were so attentive and quick to assist us everywhere we went from ordering, re- ordering, games, drinks, re-ordering more food and finally cashing out our prizes. I will be returning again this time with more people just because how much fun we had. i highly recommend this place to all people who want to either come with their families for an event or on a date with their significant other!

Took my kids on Family day we had a blast ate good food played games. My only complaint was service was slow. I had the all you can eat wing and it was taking soong to bring my orders. I had a beautiful and nice waitress she explained kitchen had gotten very busy why the wait was so long.
Overall I love spend time with the kids there and we will return.

We have been here many times and each experience has been pleasant. My son's 10th birthday party was also held here. The waitresses in the party room on the 2nd floor really impressed me at that time. But unfortunately, my friend and I were very disappointed with our visit today. Regarding the service, I have no idea what happened after not being here for more than half a year. As soon as we entered the hall, the staff at the reception desk greeted us warmly. When I asked what promotions they have recently, she told me there was a combo menu and told us that these menus were on the dining table and asked us to go directly to the dining table area. When we entered the dining area on the right side of the entrance, there were only 2 to 3 tables of guests inside. Over 80% of the tables were empty and there was no waiter at the reception desk. We waited for a short while and still had no waiter, so we decided to walk into a table and sit down to look at the menu. At this moment, a waitress hurriedly came over and made us step back immediately with very unfriendly gestures and tones. After we back to the reception area and waited for a while, another waitress came and led us to a table. After we sat down, we waited for a long time but no waiter came. It wasn't that there was no one, but all three waitresses were gathered at the reception desk. The waiter who made us step back with exaggerated gestures seemed to be complaining about us to the other two waiters and repeatedly demonstrated her gesture to make us step back. Frankly speaking, if it weren't for the children being so happy and wanting to play, I would have begun to think about leaving this place. I fully understand that usually there must be waiters leading the seats. But since there was no one at the reception desk and all the tables were empty, it wasn't a huge crime for us to walk to a table by ourselves to look at the menu. There was no need to treat customers with a tone and gesture like a warning. And after we sat down, she kept chattering and complaining in front of us. Didn't she realize that her such a bad service attitude was more worthy of attention? During this process, I noticed that a father sat down with his child for a long time, but no waiter came. Eventually, they chose to get up and leave. Fortunately, the lady serving our table was very dedicated and kind, offsetting our unpleasantness. Later, a male manager in a baseball shirt who came over was also very kind and greeted us proactively, allowing us to regain the feeling we had when we came here before. Meanwhile, we clearly observed that the lady who was rude to us seemed much more friendly to other guests. We don't want to speculate too much about the reasons behind it, but sincerely hope that every customer who comes here, especially the loyalty customers can be treated equally.
