Wow …. These folks are great especially Bobby Jo in the service department. I was stranded due to a faulty rebuild alternator installed by CDN Tire and they came to the rescue with the proper installation of the right alternator. Just imagine …. On vacation 2 children , my wife and the family dog with a non functioning car in Pincher Creek . No rental cars to be found and huge extra expenses, which I will never be reimbursed for , but with all of what happened…. Davis Dodge came thru and made this very difficult situation a lot better ! Thanks team Davis !!!

Colin and Dave found me the perfect truck and gave me an amazing deal. They worked with me to make it work out with me being on a time crunch, which was a massive help. The truck originally had an issue but they gave me a loaner vehicle as i live and work in BC so I could drive back home, which allowed me to get to work. They got it fixed up and delivered it to me the next day. They provided great service and did their best to provide me with everything I needed. Scheduled an appointment for a repair on my van, with a loaner vehicle as I live an hour away. Show up to my appointment to be told they have nothing available and it does not show I was scheduled for a loaner. I actually had a lot of things I needed to get done and didn’t bring anything with me as I was supposed to be in a loaner. Very frustrating when it is a repair with no timeline on it. Poor scheduling on the service departments part.

EDIT: Ricky called me himself and got this all fixed. It required another trip but he was fantastic, fought with Chrysler for me and got me all set up and fixed right up.

I brought my truck in to check a loud wheel bearing. Specifically said not to inspect truck further than wheel bearing as I’m going to my regular shop. When the wheel bearing turned up fine at that moment they dug into the truck against my instruction. I walked into the shop and the tech was ripping apart and hammering on my custom exhaust saying it needed fixing.
The second time I went there was for a recall by dodge to the fuel filter housing. They said it would be 45min job. 4 hrs later they had my truck back to me and the following week their work had failed and I was leaking fuel.
I’ll never go there again

The best customer service I've had from any dealership, ever. Worth the drive from lethbridge, or really anywhere. Both when I'm in for routine oil changes and when I've had issues with my car, they take such good care. Always going above and beyond for their customers. 10/10
