Highway 17 in the area of Nairn center a Day & Ross driver was swerving in and out of traffic grazing the bumpers of vehicles. Called the company to talk to safety manager about the driver only to be put on hold and nobody to ever answer the phone. Day & Ross are one of the worst drivers on the road and need to be dealt with. The company is only as good as there drivers and they suck. This driver is driving a loaded weapon and doesn't care about the safety of anyone else on the road and the company doesn't care to address the issue. When will the madness with Day & Ross drivers stop driving irresponsible.

Waiting for a vanity from Home Depot. Tracking shows item is in Mississauga for a week now. Company has no idea when it will ship to Sudbury. This company is a joke. Avoid them at all costs!

Company is horrible.
We have been waiting for a damaged gazebo from Costco to be picked up for the last 3 months.
They keep telling Costco that they have been trying to call us but we never answer.
Costco tells us to call day and Ross, we call and they keep saying that the tracking number has expired and we need to call Costco to get another tracking number.

Prey that you never have to deal with this extremely incompetent company. Logistics what's that? They just bid on deliveries and then never deliver. They have been sitting on an order for almost 2 week, still at Mississauga depot and say they are not sure when it will be shipped to Sudbury. Delivery standard do not exist at this company. Not a care in the world to do what it is they say they do. What a waste this company is.

These business has no accountability. Non-existent service. They lost my order and kept lying about it for 2.5 weeks, saying it would be in "the next day" Did not return calls. Have not rectified this problem. How do places like this even stay in business?

Literally have never gotten anything on time from them and unfortunately home Depot ships with this garbage company so it's a nightmare Everytime. They never know where your package is or when it will be delivered. It's literally a joke of a logistics company

I was unlucky enough that my amazon order was designated to day & ross to deliver. What should have been a 2 day wait is now going on 2 weeks. Amazon has emailed me and offered me a refund should the package not arrive shortly.

A company that fails to provide it's one sole purpose.
