Un hôtel immense, mais qui semble abandonné. Nous n'avons accès a rien du tout. Le personnel est impoli et menace de nous expulser sans raison valable. Refuse de nous ouvrir une salle de réception qui aurait pu parfaitement réglé le fait que nous n'avions aucun place pour nous réunir.

Merci aux employés de l'hôtel pour votre accueil chaleureux, surtout la directrice qui est très sympathique. Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel pour sa propreté, ses commodités.Grande salle de bain, lit super confortable. Chambre à l’étage très calme à proximité de bons restaurants. Nous sommes très satisfait.

DÉGEULASSE! plus jamais je vais remettre les pieds dans cette établissement ! Le personnel irrespectueux et arrogant, mais que dire de la gérante ! Une femme mal engueuler, violente verbalement avec des clients, crie comme une DÉBILE à travers la porte de son bureau après d' autre clients, insulte personnellement les gens. Du JAMAIS vue ! Le personnelle en tremblait et disait que ce n étais pas là première fois ! L' hotel à l'air complètement abandonné des portes sans poignée et vissé

Mon seul étoile va à la femme de chambre qui ELLE était souriante,gentille, aimable et serviable.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était incroyablement impoli et irrespectueux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accusés à tort de comportements que nous n'avions absolument pas eus. Non seulement ils étaient arrogants, mais ils ont aussi refusé de nous écouter et de résoudre le problème de manière professionnelle. L'attitude du personnel a vraiment gâché notre expérience et a rendu notre séjour extrêmement inconfortable. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, il y a bien d'autres endroits où l'on peut trouver un service de qualité et un minimum de respect.

Pire expérience dans un hôtel au Québec. Endroit sombre et désuet. Personnel impolis . Aucune accommodation au niveau des groupes et familles. Chambre en tapis malodorants beaucoup trop cher la nuit.

Tres bel Hotel . Une fois a l’accueil cest tres surprenant de voir la grandeur de cet hotel . Le concept me fait penser a Lhotel De laeroport Mirabel . Jy ai sejourné 2 nuits puisque j’etais en formation pour mon travail . Tres bien recu et chambre calme et propre. Je n’ai pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine ce sera pour une prochaine fois certain .
